History
Established in 2015.
The end of a toxic relationship lead me to go through yoga teacher training. I knew I wanted to help other people like me find strength to leave their bad relationships sooner; yoga can give that strength and mental clarity.
Since I started my yoga journey with hot yoga I learned the Bikram-method, and was also taught vinyasa, yin, and power fusion. I take various asanas and sequence them to fit the needs of the class and students. I also have a gymnastic and dance background and create yoga classes to enhance specific skills and become a better athlete or dancer.
My mission is use yoga to focus thoughts, goals, and intensions and help people change their lives.

Business Owner
In my youth I was a gymnast and a dancer, which introduced me to being body-aware and stretching. I started running in my mid-20’s, eventually completing over a dozen half marathons and a few marathons. In 2013, a good friend introduced me to Bikram yoga. I remember doing a class after a race and how quickly I recovered, which got me hooked. From then on all my long runs would be followed up with a yoga class. At that point yoga was mainly about the physical benefits, and some mental relaxation.
In 2014, I ended a toxic relationship and found myself in a career change. They say teaching yoga is a calling — it really is. Going through teacher training opened up my world to the incredible philosophical aspects of yoga. It provided me with guidance, compassion, and strength during a chaotic time in my life. Applying yoga philosophy to everyday life can make many aspects of life better.
It’s my mission to spread that awareness and help other people leave or heal from a bad relationship.
