I came across caliber signs and graphics one Friday afternoon when I was in desperate need of getting a few hat samples done same day. After calling many other places and being denied saying it would take a few weeks, I called caliber and Jorge the owner told me that he could do it for me and to come on down and we would figure it all out. Sure enough he did as promised and the quality of embroidery work exceeded my expectations. So I recently brought back the big order of 60 hats to him and he did it for a great price and in a few days as promised which is very quick compared to the wait time other people were saying for that many hats. I highly recommend caliber signs where customer service is Jorge the owners number one priority. And a special thanks to their designer who does great work and can help you with the creative process of any logo you need.

We needed shirts done (12) so I Unilocaled and came across another business with great reviews in Riverside as I drove to that place I ended up in someone’s house it was obvious it was a home based business which I don’t mind but I didn’t feel comfortable walking by myself so I Unilocaled again I found another place with great review but they were closed. I need to drive by Grand Terrace so I Unilocal and found Caliber Signs with only 1 review I was very skeptical but I was in a rush so I drove there and was happy to see an actual business, I walked in and it took a while for someone to come from the back. I order the shirts and was told that I would get a sample for approval the following day, I got the sample on the 4^th day the day I was told the shirt would be ready, we didn’t like what we were sent so we went with the company logo and a fish on the back I was then told it would be ready that same day but not till 4−5pm I asked if I could pick up Saturday and was told yes but I got busy and didn’t pick up till Monday so I drive there only to find out my order is not completely ready I waited 15 – 20 for them to finish cleaning the stitching but as I waited there he would bring a few shirts at a time so I started checking them out … I was a bit disappointed that they were wrinkled and it didn’t help that on one the fish was off. At that point I was VERY upset at myself for not going to a place with more/​better reviews — I told Jorge how I felt and he was patient and helpful… will I do business with them again? Most likely … Why? Because after putting human error aside shirts look good, good quality, and price was decent.

I was looking for a place to get new work shirts for my business and came across this place through Unilocal.Though they didn’t have any reviews, I saw their pictures and already knew it was good quality work. The prices are really the best in town! The work shirts I ordered came out awesome ! I will recommend everyone to this place for embroidery and any graphic design needs. Jorge is very professional, answers all my questions and always gets back to me fast. Great customer service and great work! Thank you again!!!
