I have been with this bank for years and my latest customer service experience makes Comcast look like a service expert. Long wait times, phone run-around, passing my call between the same departments and after 1.5 hours, told the server is down and they will get back to me. DON’T BANKHERE! RUN — DONOTWALK — AWAY.

Worked with the branch manager and it was horrible. Communication is bad. Just awful tellers; they have no clue how to work their computers. I am going to Hunington or a credit union where I am more than a number. Fifth third bank needs management changes
