The worst POS company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Been trying since mid May to set appointment & now mid June they keep standing me up & lying to me. My girlfriend purchased a living social deal & lost her money. Set appointment & pay after the job is done if you want to do any business with them. J Will is worthless. Don’t waste your time.

JW did a great job detailing my car! Highly recommended! Fast and he came to my apartment to perform the detail at my convenience. My car looks brand new!

Wow, no! The service is terrible. I purchased two Groupons for this company a month ago and have not been able to make an appointment. I called the number and was sent to an email address. I have finally been able to get in contact with someone (the 4^th week) and each time I try to set an appointment, I’m given a different date that I have stated explicitly doesn’t work. This service is a ripoff. Not where I want to spend my money.

Holy crap, this was really disappointing.
Setting an appointment was nearly impossible but I’m a persistent guy so I finally got one set.
He made excuses the first time and didn’t even start but woke me up at 8 am on a Saturday even though it was supposed to rain that day. It took me another week to set another appointment and called 2 hours after the appointment was set to tell me he blew a tire. I think he forgot about the appointment and called to make an excuse.

The worst customer service ever! Just like others, I bought a Groupon & have been trying to redeem it for the last 3 weeks. When they do finally decide to return your phone call, they cancel the appointment. Or no show. Absolutely shabby company. Not worth the hassles!

Like everyone else, I bought a Groupon and cannot successfully get a hold of anybody. After numerous unanswered calls over a month, we get a text out of the blue saying «your appointment is Monday at 3:00» — didn’t let me set up an appointment or anything, just told me when it was. Luckily I didn’t have work, so I was prepared on Monday at 3:00, and… nobody came, nobody called, nothing. This company is a sham.

I purchased a Groupon for detailing. For my first scheduled appointment, the guy cancelled after he was supposed to be here. For the second scheduled appointment, the guy did not show or call. I will be asking for my money back from Groupon. STAY AWAY!

I had written a review on this company before but see it is no longer posted, so I am reposting since they continue to offer discount vouchers for sale through Groupon, etc. I bought two vouchers through Amazon for On the Spot. I spoke to a man on the phone at 214−444−8837 and he said to schedule my appointment I needed to text the information on the cars to be detailed, and my contact information to 832−460−3811. I sent the information as soon as I hung up. I did not receive any response so after a couple of weeks I texted again. Still nothing so I called the 214 number and left a message. After additional calls and texts with no answer, I sent a text stating if I did not hear back I would be requesting a refund. I did not receive any response and did receive a refund from Amazon. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
