Been here several times and have never been disappointed. The «salsa» is unlike any I have ever had before. Best I can describe it is as a soup or stew with tomatoes, onions and peppers. It appears to have been slightly thickened with corn starch or something similar. Great flavor but just a tad runny for my liking and not enough veggie chunks in it. Chips have been freshly fried every time I have been here. Apparently they don’t make them until you are seated. My go to Mexican entrée is the Chili Relleno and it is excellent here. After several visits I discovered that they will make it with shredded beef instead of the ground beef or cheese listed on the menu. Definitely makes a good entrée excellent. Don’t expect «instant» food here as it takes time to freshly prepare from scratch, by hand, the excellent fare that they serve. Very reasonably priced.

Amazing restaurant! I had the Enchiladas Mexicanas with Egg & Chorizo on top! The service was just as wonderful and my server was extremely attentive, not just with my table but with other tables as well. The sever offered great advice on what to order and the enchiladas were on point! The restaurant is a small one but the food is very authentic and tastes just like my Tia’s & Grandma’s cooking. The rice was perfect and the best I have had at any restaurant in Texas!

Brand new «Mexican mom+pop» with other friendly family members helping. Tried an lunch as I saw Sat AM breakfast was very busy. 11am and we were the only 2 customers, so co-​owner brought out a fr4ee cup of broccoli soup while waited a far too long time for our lunch.
