Magic Nails & Spa

Went here for my first time i will never be back! First they tell me $ 33 for a fill with gel polish which is way higher then what their sign states then when i finished she said $ 36 lol it was 3 $ extra to trim my nails a tiny bit with the tool. She did no extra work the job was just average for a high price. The place has no business you think they would lower there prices or work with the customer.

Worse than your average neighborhood salon. It looks pretty old. They don’t use liners in the tubs which is very unhygienic. They don’t show much interest of customers. And most importantly they don’t do a good job with your nails either! My husband got a pedicure and you couldn’t tell he got one at all. His nails weren’t trimmed and the cuticles looked untouched. My pedicure was short, the massage lasted 3 minutes, the guy didn’t take care of my cuticles and he cut my nails weird too. The polish got messed up the same day :(They definitely need to communicate with the customers more and put more effort into their work!!! It wasn’t worth the $. Don’t recommend this place!

Walked in and no one said anything to me… okay? Then when a lady finally asked what I needed done, she went back to what she was doing. Umm… okay? So sitting there wondering how long the wait would be was pretty enjoyable. Note the sarcasm in my voice.
There are 6 spa seats, and 5 nail stations. It’s okay appearance wise, it pretty much looks like any other all neighborhood nail place. Only three ladies were working. I wouldn’t have expected there to be a wait at 3:20.
Finally got waved over to get my eyebrows done. I was led to an office chair that leaned back. the lady applied wax, plucked about three hairs, and sent me on my way. I was too through. She didn’t trim my eyebrows. She really made no effort. I am so disillusioned. I have been to high end and low end places but no one seems to get it right. Where’s the consistency?!
