Great Clips

Do not go here! My mother went in for a simple trim. Stylalist Tina cut ALL her hair off! It looked like she used a clipper to cut it! My mom had to purchase a wig it was so bad. When we FINALLY spoke to the owner she refused to compensate her for a $ 63 wig. She told her «it’s just hair, it will grow back.» Appalling customer service!

–I was greeted immediately and asked to fill out a «New Customer Form» which asked for my name, address, phone number and email. Maybe to send me coupons and promos?
–Tram was my «stylist» and she was pretty good at understanding what I wanted and didn’t leave any areas of hair longer than the rest. Overall chair time was probably 10 minutes though it’s worth noting that I came for a trim, not a cut.

I have been going here for several years, always friendly staff. The last two times I’ve been, the service was horrible. Walked up to desk, one rep just looked at me and walked out.(foot in a cast) While assuming someone would be with me shortly. Another rude stylist stood talking to other stylist for 5 mins. Granted, this is before I was ever checked in. The poor guy stylist was answering phones, checking all the customers in. This is the second time I have visted and have witnessed her rolling of eyes, huffing when more cutomers come in. If she were moving any slower, I believe she would have been in reverse. Never going back. I know the price is great, but rather pay more to get SOME kind of service. Some times you sacrafice loyal customers for poor quality employees.

I have been here several times and always get good service. Stylist Le is pretty good and easy on the eyes. Reasonable price and decent cut.
