History

Established in 2006.

Verde Contracting Group Inc. is the evolution of Scot James Miller Contracting (SJMC). SJMC is a Santa Barbara founded general contracting company that has operated since 2006, and has an excellent record for customer satisfaction. Verde has retained an excellent team of workers from SJMC with different skills and a combined construction experience of over 90 years.

Business Owner

Scot James Miller is the President and founder of Verde Contracting Group. Scot is a General B license holder, has over 25 years experience in the construction industry from coast to coast. Scot obtained his General B License from the California State Contractors Licensing Board in 2006. Scot is a proud member of the U. S military and is an Airdrop Systems Technician, Warrant Officer in the United States Army Reserve (USAR), and has served in Afghanistan.
