Matt couldn’t have been nicer when he came out to bid on the job. After the work was done, because the scope of the work had changed, I realized I had overpaid him by $ 700. I sent him both an email and a text message asking him how he would like to handle my overpayment. I even offered to have him apply the overpayment to a small job I wanted to have done. NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Guess once he’s paid, he’s out of the picture. Doubt I would ever use him again nor would I feel comfortable referring my neighbors to him. It is too bad because he seems like a nice guy.
