This company is on it, to say the least! The staff is amazing. Lindsey helped my family out after a bad flood. And they came in and did amazing work. Their entire team were super friendly and quick (hence the name I guess). The owner Cheyne is super friendly and helpfully, and super knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Amazing company and amazing staff. Keep their number in your phone, cause you never know when a disaster is going to strike and you need help asap, this is the company you want!

We had work done on my aunt’s house and they did a fantastic job of restoring it. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they were very kind and understanding of our difficult situation. I have worked with nearly 10 different Mitigation and Restoration companies and Qwik Response is by far the most Reliable and Professional company I’ve worked with. I have the opportunity to handle Hospitality Industry Water Damages ranging in size from as small as $ 1K to $ 2M claims. Qwik Response has been the backbone of my Mitigation projects. Qwik Response did an amazing job for us when our downstairs flooded. Not only were they quick, they were thorough. Every employee we dealt through this rough time was patient, kind and respectful. They were easy to understand and explained exactly what they had to do and why. We were worried about possible mold and toxic chemicals that could affect our family, but they informed us that all of the products they use were safe for our family and the environment. I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any restoration project.

When the project hanged to reconstruction another team was in place to follow through to completion. QwikResponse went the extra mile. The contractor kept not showing up when supposed to. There was no follow up. This is a poor company. Don’t be taken advantage of — look elsewhere!

This owner came to the Montecito Association, pitching his company, and his business.
We called and set up an appointment for them to come out and bid on a kitchen reconstruction due to water damage. We had an appointment.
The morning of the appointment we called to verify we were still on and confirm the appointment time. We were told yes the appointment is good and their person (the owner) would meet us at the job site.
We waited 30 minutes past the appointment time then called their office and were told the owner was still in the office and would be late. Duh!
We told them that since we’re starting off this way, we were not interested in using them. This was a very disappointing experience as other companies responded and were very professional.

I am having problems with them. They were referred to me by my insurance carrier to fix fire damage on an apartment building I own. Their sales guy (Kevin) assured me this was a standard job which they do all the time and it would be done in two months and not cost me anything other than my insurance deductible. Almost a year later it is still not done. Kevin and the owner (Steve Knight) apologized several times for the delay but more troubling, they keep finding «dry rot» which is not covered by insurance and which I need to pay for separately. I reluctantly agreed to pay for the extra cost of the dry rot and they started work again only to call me again and say they found more dry rot and which would cost me even more. I don’t trust them and I am not happy. I feel like my disaster started when I hired them. Cannot recommend them.

Want to thank Qwik Response specifically Tom. He helped us on a commercial property with water damage and a complicated repair estimate to our property. Worked with both our insurance and the tenant insurance to make this a smooth and easy process. A lot of time was spent explaining the policies. Everything was done in a quick and timely manner. Could not have had a better experience. Being owners of numerous commercial properties in Ventura/​Oxnard area we will definitely being using Qwik Response for all our needs.

After a house fire in October 2013, our insurance company called quick response, within hours they were at the house boarding it up. Tom Svenson showed up the next day and walked us through the whole process of what was going to happen and an approximate date that is was going to happen. Tom made sure that he was available to us at all times. I would highly recommend Qwik Response.

After a fire in November 2013, they were are choice to help with rebuild. We were really nervous and didn’t understand the insurance stuff. They did a great job and were very helpful with insurance company.
Tom and the intire crew worked hard to keep us happy. They were always there when we had questions or concerns.

Our rental property in Ventura California was vandalized during a brief period of vacancy. Just about everything in the house was destroyed and had to be replaced. Cabinets, counters, toilets, sinks, and all the appliances were destroyed. Because of all the water damage, we needed to replace most of the wallboard and all flooring. Tom from Quick Response worked diligently with our insurance adjuster to obtain a dollar amount that would allow him to get this property back to market condition.
Tom and his coworker Karen were wonderful to work with guiding me in our choices of replacement materials. The house is better than new now and I could not be any happier.

I was very impressed with Qwik Response. They gave a lot of personal service. Even to the point that one of the owners drove over an hour on a Sunday and spent the majority of the day to make sure everything was taken care of.
