Sundance Project Management was founded in 2007 and offers a full range of project management services. Sundance PjM is dedicated to coordinating and streamlining the entire process of moving, remodeling or building an office. The Sundance PjM team brings 20 years of combined experience to our client work, including significant working knowledge of every aspect of an office construction or relocation project. Sundance PjM has assisted over 45 owners, lenders and tenants manage their office projects, both small and large. Our clients include engineering firms, restaurants, software companies, law firms, energy companies, banks, healthcare professionals, and marketing agencies.

Business Owner
Elizabeth Steinberg founded Sundance Project Management to assist clients in streamlining their office infrastructure projects. Her passion is providing innovative, successful solutions for her clients in the fields of construction management, office remodels, owner’s representation, move management, interior design, and furniture procurement.
Elizabeth’s background includes designing at Interior Architects, managing construction projects for CB Richard Ellis and The Staubach Company (now part of Jones Lang LaSalle), two of the nation’s largest commercial real estate firms, and account management at a local furniture dealership. She effectively coordinates all aspects of the design and construction process with a precise method that she has developed over her years of interdisciplinary project management.
