History

Established in 1987.

Options in Health with Dr. Michelle Johnson and Dr. Brock Schwartz, was opened in July of 1987 as a natural health care and chiropractic practice in the DTC, and has continued in the vicinity of SE Denver with a few different locations, through the present, providing a wide range of healing modalities, including chiropractic, injury rehab, acupuncture, neuromuscular therapy, neurology, Feldenkrais method, reflexology and massage.

Currently we have two locations at 2055 South Oneida, Ste 300, Denver, CO 80 224, and our new location at Colfax and I 70, 795 McIntyre St, Ste 204, Golden, CO 80 401.

Business Owner

Michelle Johnson, DC is a chiropractor and educator who values the inner healer in each of us, and is continually learning new methods of healing to access the deepest level of health and wellbeing in herself as well as for her patients. She practices craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, nutritional therapy, reflexology, and chiropractic as well as being certified as a Feldenkrais practitioner, addressing movement and energy in ways that create balance and vitality to enjoy active life with ease, comfort and balance throughout life, supporting recovery from injury and preserving youthful flexibility, health and wellbeing through a sequence of simple movements and postural adjustments. She instructs patients in many areas of healing including exercise and healing, aromatherapy with essential oils, reflexology, detox and nutrition, care for pets and children.
