Dr. Ken and Laurie are absolutely the best. Not only are they kind and gentle and extremely patient, I believe they care about every patient that comes in. No matter how badly I hurt,
I always feel better after being there. And did I mention, they really do care. What a blessing it is to find a health professional that cares and listens.

Dr. Ken and Laurie (and chocolate lab Bones!) are the best team! You feel at home when you walk in. You automatically feel relaxed and that you are in good hands. After several years of pain in my neck and lower back I had lost all hope that someone could help me. I had already lost trust in most doctors including Kaiser Permanente, to give me relief.
After reading the reviews about Dr. Ken and his team and as a last resort I made an appointment and sought help. After a few visits my problems were overcome and I have felt 100% better.
We travel extensively and I am not afraid to be away for various time periods knowing that Dr. Ken will be available upon our return. He is virtually a life saver! I recommend Dr. Ken and his team for anyone who needs help with their chiropractic issues.

My humble opinion is that most chiropractors are ineffective or try to pump you for long treatments. This is not the case with Dr. Sheridan. After suffering for a year and a half, Ken immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed about 50% in the first visit, and alleviated the condition in five sessions. I have to come back once or twice a year for an adjustment, and if it is really bad, maybe two sessions. I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Sheridan and highly recommend him for his knowledge and professionalism and sensible pricing.

My last Chiropractic experience was awful so I was hesitant to try this kind of treatment again. I just moved here and went here based on other Unilocal reviews. Doc Ken, Laurie, and Mr. Bones are amazing and made my experience a million times better than my previous experience. I have been going now for almost two months and its literally changed my life. I have no where near the pain I did before.
On a side note: Dr Ken is super funny and ensures you know what the issues are and how they can be fixed. Laurie is amazingly sweet and remembers you from the get go. Mr. Bones, the chocolate lab, finishes the great Colorado type atmosphere with kisses and play time.
Going here is worth every penny! :)

They also checked out my 6 month son too. Every once in a while I or my husband will pick him up, or my boy with throw himself in some odd position and we will here something move, so we take him in to get checked out. This has helped with his spit up (which he normally never does) so when it becomes a bit more we know something is out of place.

I don’t give 5-​stars very often, but this one is well earned. Dr. Ken and Laurie (and chocolate lab Bones!) are wonderful: very caring, make you feel like a friend not a patient.
After I was in a hit and run car accident, Laurie took the time to explain to me how car insurance typically covers treatment and she was right.
Dr Ken is understanding and helpful since I am not a fan of the neck (cracking) adjustments.
Not all chiropractors are the same. I drive from Glendale to Golden to see Dr Ken because he is the best.

I’ve been going here since 2005, and I’ll keep driving across town until the end of time to get fixed up here. The environment at ActiveCare is nothing short of hospitable and caring. If you’re a regular, it’s more of a friendship that you’ll develop than a doc’s office kind of visit.
Ken is an amazing doc, and he will go the distance to make sure that you’re feeling better. He’s not just about the quick fix, but for the long term because he genuinely cares for his patients.
Lori can be a tough one and defends the appointment book with an iron fist, but she’s quite a sweetheart too.
If you’ve got any body, neck, or other chiropractic related issues, this is the first and last place that I’d recommend heading to so it gets done right.

As marathon runners and Ironman triathletes, we are bound to get injured or have nagging aches and pains from training. To the rescue comes Dr. Ken from Active Care. His experience and ability to narrow in on the source of the pain, which is not always what hurts, is amazing.
I could tell you about dozens of back pains, torn muscles, ribs out of whack from swimming, sciatic nerve, and even clearing up blurred vision war wounds stories all cleared up by a visit or two to Active Care.
At Active Care, they will do what it takes to fix you and get you back to the activities you love with careful and thorough adjustments, muscle stimulation, stretching, strengthening/​balancing exercises, acupuncture, an/​or massage.
