Nails Today II

My husband and I got pedicures, the technicians were great, very attentive. Super clean and relaxing salon.

I really love Julie! I got a full set there weeks ago and they’re still looking great-​just a little grown out now. I’ve also gotten several pedicures there and I’m always pleased with the results!

I love this place. The girls there are so nice and always do a wonderful job. They take their time and are so proficient. I would recommend them to anybody.
Just got my nails done today.

The place was clean and staff was nice. However…
The simple pedicure I paid for was borderline towards poor. The polish on my toes have many bubbles, paint on the skin, the top coat used was so thin and cheap that my top coat I use at home purchased from Sally’s looks far more nice and professional-​like. The one time I splurged to have someone else do the job just showed that I can do a way better job with better quality materials. Then I had the same issue as Katelin’s review below with checking if my toes are dry enough to put on shoes (they smudged after 15+ minutes under the light). Again, only cheap materials take so long to dry and patronized by the lady for checking before I put my socks and shoes on. I was also hounded every ten minutes for add-​ons after I told the lady repeatedly that I was not interested in purchasing anything else. Very disappointing and I won’t be back!
Update: It has been 3 hours since I’ve had the pedicure and the polish has still not hardened, ugh!!!

STAY AWAY! Gosh they made my nails look ugly, unprofessional male who is 24 years old why he is fucking even doing my nails. He did not give right shape to my nails (I asked square, rectangular) he polished so badly probably my 10 years old niece would do a better job. Pedicure was simple, I can do better at my home. Just wasted my money and my mood went down from disappointment.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I’d let my 3 year old niece give me a mani pedi before I’d step my hurting hands & feet into this joint! The gel mani was so thick it peeled off the next morning! They jammed their tool into my girlfriends pinkie toe & she screamed up & out of her chair! No lotion! No massage! My fingers hurt because she picked at them so much. My toes are bubbly & chipping! What a waste of $ 45.00! Now I have to go to my fav lady to have them fixed! So now it’s costing me around $ 90! I’m sticking with what I know is great even if it’s $ 55 for gel mani & pedi! Save yourself the nightmare & sore fingers & toes! STAY AWAY!

A friend of mine and I went to get pedicures and manicures after work one weekday night. it was around 6:15 by the time we walked in and asked if we could get both. They said yes, sure. so we sat down and it was 20 minutes before she even started on my feet. She hurried through the pedicure and when she was done my toe nails were not filed straight, the paint job was thick and bubbly and my skin around my toe nails were painted. Also, My heels were still rough. My manicure was worse. She painted the coats so thin that you could see my nails through two coats. I didn’t notice until she had done the top coat on my right hand and when I pointed it out she just did another coat of paint on top of the top coat and then another top coat. As a result the paint bubbled and looked globby. While she was doing my nails the other lady had decided not to do my friends nails but instead had my friend wait for the lady that was doing my nails. When my friend got hers started the lady was extremely rude to her and told her «you should have come in earlier, some of us want to go home». My friend politely responded with an apology and let her know that we had just gotten off of work. I thought this was pretty over the top considering we had asked if they had time when we walked through the door and were told it wasn’t a problem and considering she kept asking if we wanted other services while we were there. After doing a poor job on my friends nails, she noticed how bad mine looked and insisted on redoing them. Which would have been nice if she had done a better job the second time, but she didn’t, they looked just as bad as the first time. I could only leave the paint for a couple days before I couldn’t stand looking at them anymore and had to remove it. What a waste of my money!

I came in for a pedicure without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me immediately. The ladies were very nice and got to know me during my service. It was very nostalgic for me as I’ve moved away from my family a long time ago and I only get to see them once or twice a year. The ladies who work here remind me of my aunts and gave me the opportunity to practice my (very broken) Vietnamese.
I got a Shellac pedicure and was very happy with the results. I had picked a color that ended up being too light for my taste. I walked back in immediately after walking out with a sheepish look on my face, and I asked the ladies if I could get a darker color, just on top of the polish that was already on. They were incredibly sweet and helped me no problem.
While it’s on the spendier side of pedicures ($ 35 for shellac) than I’m used to, the ladies here were so sweet I am definitely coming back.

Just came in for a eyebrow wax, pedicure and shellac manicure a few weeks ago, and it was great! Service is awesome and very attentive. Tina, Sau Be, David, Hannah, and Kathy are the most professional and friendly people! The salon is clean, and I know that I trust their work. I’ve tried a few other nail salons in town, and I really feel like this is the best in town. My shellac manicure still looks very good 3 weeks later, and my eyebrow wax was very clean and soothing. I will definitely be back very soon! This is my new favorite nail salon!
