Trying out a new nail salon and so far is not going well! As I walked in I was screamed at to pick a color, then without even asking what service I was here for, I was screamed at to sit in pedicure seat#2 which already had soapy water in it. I asked several people if the water was clean before getting told to sit down that it had been pre-​poured because they knew I was coming. I explained that I do not have an appointment and they must be thinking of someone else. Of course she must be psychic because I was told to sit down anyway. It’s HOT as HELL in here and my feet are boiling in scolding hot water. After about 20 minutes a man comes in from his smoke break wreaking of cigarettes begins my pedicure…

They were not that nice nor did they do a good job I only went there once to get shellac and I will not be going back he put like 4 layers on? My nails look like a sloppy mess. Never going back

The service was not exceptional, but not terrible either. I had no complaints until the very end. I was sitting underneath the nail dryer waiting for my toes to dry when they came back to check on me. She decided that my toes were dry even though it only been about five minutes. I was skeptical. I should’ve trusted my gut because I put my shoes on and I didn’t even get to the car before the toenails got smudged. I walked back in and show them and told him that I had felt rushed. They insisted on telling me they don’t rush their customers, even though I said felt rushed.
They only get two stars because they didn’t offer me a refund, and made assumptions that I was impatient. They offered to fix it but I wanted nothing to do with them after our exchange.

I have been going to Glamour Nails for years. It is very clean, the prices are competitive and reasonable. They do an excellent job and Steven and Lynn, the owner/​operators really care about your satisfaction. They are personable and warm and I feel so comfortable when I go. I suggest that you should give them your business and ask for Steven or Lynn, when you go in. You will be glad that you did. They take appointments and walk ins. I do both, but appointments supersede walk ins. Tell them Doreen recommended you to them and I know you will receive service that is over and above what you can expect at other nail salons.

Went to glamour nails first time this weekend for my acrylic nails as a walk in. Very pleasant tech. good energy… good prices and hours. They know their clients. I’ll be returning! Jsh

I’ve been going to Glamour for a few months and it is a great place for manis and pedis. They take appointments and walk-​ins and they are friendly. I think their prices are good too.
Can only guess the other reviewer caught someone on an off-​day. No one in the shop has ever been rude to me or anyone on the phone that I’ve heard. You can see their services listed on their website if you need to know before you go.

These people are crazy. I called to ask a question and then asked how much the service was and they told me I’d have to come in to get pricing. When I told her I was not coming there unless she told me the price she said okay and hung up. Very rude. I would never ever go to a place like this.
