Description

Specialties

We provide in home, non-invasive testing for all surfaces including plaster and drywall. We can test the interior of your home as well as the exterior and specialize in testing toys, cribs, and virtually anything else your children and pets can get in their mouths.

Our state-of-the-art XRF technology allows us to peer into the depths of your home’s paint layers without causing any damage to the structure. Please keep in mind: the «swab tests» that can be found at your local hardware store are not EPA approved (they may be «recognized» or «accepted»), are inaccurate and can show false negatives which can put your family in danger. Please contact us for an EPA certified thorough XRF lead-based paint inspection today.

If your contractor is using swab tests for your project they could be putting your family in danger. Call us today for a better solution.

History

Established in 2009.

Lead Safe Testing, LLC was established in late 2009 in preparation for the requirements of the EPA’s Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule. These requirements became fully effective April 22, 2010. LST was at the forefront of Lead Paint testing in Colorado, setting the standard in the Denver Metro and front range. Through strategic growth in the last six years we now serve the entire state of Colorado and even Wyoming.

Meet the Manager

Daniel S.

Manager

Daniel started at Lead Safe Testing, LLC in December, 2010. After completing the required course work and passing the state licensure exam he took over the field testing duties as a State Certified inspector. Scope of projects included whole house lead testing for a HUD contractor testing foreclosure’s before returning the property to market. LST also retained additional contracts with various remodeling and door and window replacement companies, testing pre-construction allowing contractors to stay in compliance with the EPA’s RRP guidelines. Mid 2011, Daniel took over the day to day operations of LST, managing test requests, overseeing sub contracted inspectors and performing field tests himself. In 2013 the website was revamped bringing additional workload into the company while maintaining existing contracts and relationships. Growth continues with a well formed business plan with the goal of a $ 1,000,000 in gross revenue, employing 5 – 7 full time employees by 2017.
