Specialties
Every last Friday of each month, Dagotto’s Bistro hosts an «Italian Dinner & Wine Tasting» with the Owner, who is a Certified Specialist of Wine, pairing a different wine varietal with each flavorful entrée; 5 separate courses, 5 different wines! Each month the menu changes, yet for the most part our pasta dishes, fresh salads and tasty desserts are what everyone enjoys the most throughout the dinner… however, it is the Specialist of wine mastering his craft by matching the perfect food and wine pairings.
Dagotto’s Bistro also specializes in Grilled Paninis which features an Italian Beef (Chicago-style), Homemade Meatballs, Italian Sausage, Deli-Style Sliced Buffalo w/Bacon, a Pizza Panini, Caprese, BLT, along with a number of vegetarian options and much more!
History
Established in 2013.
This restaurant was formerly called Paninos and it was also a bakery and winery in past years. However, in the here and now, we are proudly known as Dagotto’s Bistro. Dagotto’s Bistro was established in the summer of 2013 and since that time, there has been many changes in which the community seems to be responding with so much gratitude and thoughtfulness, it has become delightful to have built such a genuinely honest, loyal, and caring customer base. All those who enter as guests will leave as friends; we at Dagotto’s have been beyond thankful to have built positive relationships with the majority of our customers. Even though we are the ones taking in the compliments, we often admit how we’ve grown more impressed with our customers and their fantastic attitudes. Dagotto’s has been open just over one year and we have already been voted best Italian restaurant in Golden, CO for the 2014 Best of the Best Contest. Our history will be made by the assistance of our guests/friends.
