Business Owner

Sharon became the owner of the Aussie Pet Mobile franchise in June of 2004. Starting and building the business took a lot of patience and determination. With a love for dogs and cats, and knowing how to treat customers, Aussie has grown into a stable and respected customer friendly business. We love our jobs at Aussie, and know that we are called to care for and love our furry friends and their owners. Animals bring so much joy and love to the world, and we feel fortunate to be a part of their lives.

When Sharon is not wearing the «business owner» hat, she is usually spending time with one or more of her 19 grandchildren, or studying the Word of God.

I too recommend against using this service. I had to wait over a week since that was the first opening. Finally, the day came. I rearranged my schedule and they never showed! After calling, they said they had a different time scheduled. I was so annoyed that I canceled.

We were SO hoping this could be our new groomer for our 6 dogs, but Aussie missed the mark… by multiple time zones.
We were booked for a 130pm-​230pm time slot weeks prior to service. Aussie called us 5 days in advance and «told us» they had to switch to the 230pm — 330pm slot. Ok, only an hour difference, so we rolled with it.
Today (our appt day) at 5pm, Aussie never called, never showed up, and only called us at 6pm (after two voice mails left at 330pm and 345pm) to lie about the appointment being the next day (which was contradictory to the phone call we got from them 5 days ago.)
I am also in the service industry and book individual appointments with clients. Yes, I make mistakes, I run late, and double book by accident on occasions. It happens, Its part of running a small business… and I get that. What I dont get and absolutely can not roll with is an unprofessional approach to resolving the mistake.

This was a complete joke and I would highly recommend against using this service. First of all I had a scheduled appointment at a certain time and received a call the day before to ask if they could move my appointment to a different time. I hesitantly agreed to a different time. I then had to leave work early to meet them at the new scheduled time and they were 30 minutes late with no call or anything. At that point I had to cancel after being more than annoyed at the way the business was being run and their lack of customer service.
