Beyond our stellar (and affordable) Private /Semi-Private sessions … Evolved Body Studio now offers group Reformer Classes, workshops and specialty classes including Instructor Classes designed specifically for Pilates Instructors. Evolved Body is also the ONLY studio in the greater Sacramento area to utilize CoreAlign training — an incredible new rehab and fitness tool that truly defines functional training. As well, the studio is one of the few on the West Coast offering John F. Barnes’ MyoFascial Release Therapy. Teaching and movement practice at EB Studio comes from a place of fun and personal development. Instructors Hilary Rogers & James Crader, are also available for travel teaching, workshops, and corporate & team events.
History
Established in 2010.
Evolved Body Studio is a space in which everyone can feel comfortable — from the post-rehab patient to the professional athlete, and anyone between. Both Hilary Rogers and James Crader have strong backgrounds in Pilates for rehabilitation as well as experience working with elite athletes. James has been voted favorite Pilates Instructor in Sierra Style Magazine numerous times, and Hilary is a highly sought faculty member for Balanced Body University. The voters of the KCRA A-List have placed the studio in the top 5 Pilates studios in the greater Sacramento region since its founding in 2010. Both James and Hilary were mentored by Pilates Elder, Lolita San Miguel.
