It’s a typical Wendy’s, so the food is typical. The problem with this location is the speed has gone to the point of glacial. That’s right, glaciers travel faster. It’s not the lack of employees because there’s always plenty. It’s that they really have no idea how to organize it and there is no sense of urgency. They’ll take one order at a time and the counter employee will wait for the order to get filled before going to the next order. And of course, they are pretty slow at filling these orders — I watched one employee spent a full minute putting a salad container lid on. The real problem is the management has not trained and prepared the staff effectively. I often see people walk out because they’re not willing to wait. I myself have.

It’s been almost two years and not much has changed. Orders are correct 90% of the time. Food is fairly fresh. The inside is pretty clean on the few times I eat inside. All in all its one of the better fast food places in town. At least for me it has been.

The managers work hard, everyone else doesn’t. We used to LOVE coming here and within the past 4 months, we have had to take our orders back because of mistakes every time. It’s getting old and we won’t be back unless something starts changing. That’s too bad– the managers are really trying to turn it around, we just haven’t seen good results.

Sure, it’s a Wendys you say but this one is DIRTY because it’s one of those inside a gas station so that’s why only 2 stars. Food is normal just scares you to eat it because of where it is. In all fairness I have never got sick from eating at this place. Just makes you think to hard. And thinking to hard can gross you out. Suggestion: Do a better job with the floors, tables and trash cans. Stay on top of your place and have some pride.
