Subway makes some of the best sandwiches and I’ve never had a health problem with them. But this subway’s service was shit. The owner (at least I think he was) threw a cookie into my basket and dropped a napkin on the ground carelessly, after I asked for one. I immediately commented on his actions and he tried to ignore me. This subway didn’t meet up to standards

I am a pretty frequent eater at Subway. I usually get salads and there is always a great amount in the bowl and they always give me the amount of veggies I want.
Tonight I was totally jipped. The man said «only 8 pieces… It’s subway rules»
I work in the food business. I understand that there is a count and a ratio of money to food that needs to be met. But this was ridiculous
Especially when I get more from every other place.
Anyways, I asked him to please put something more because I wasn’t going to pay for a handful of lettuce
So he gave me more lettuce and didn’t put more dressing
It was just not a very good experience.
I’m not going to plan on going to this location again.

This was a great subway until management/​ownership change a few years ago. Now they always skim on the toppings. I have to ask for extra everything just to get the regular amount applied to my sandwiches. My son always orders a turkey 6 inch with no toppings besides cheese, he will ask for extra cheese. This is the only subway that charges for the cheese… I have no problem paying for it even though he never gets veggies. But we’ve been to over a dozen other subways and no one has ever asked for extra money for a little extra cheese. I’ll drive a little extra to go elsewhere. This place is clean… I’ll give them that.

I have been to many Subways. Seriously, who hasn’t? However, this Subway has something of note — a very loyal staff. I have been going here for nearly two years and I swear the same dude has made my wrap each and every time. He is polite and quick. My two favorite things in a sub shop.
