Services Solution 4 You

I don’t know what to tell you, other than RUN! Do NOT hire these people for any repair. They took our $ 2400 Viking Dishwasher, told us they put a new $ 800 motor in it and was still «not working» so we told them to bring it back unrepaired and we would pay a service call and delivery. My husband who is capable of making these kinds of repairs would have done it, except when it broke he was recovering from a serious surgery. But since it took 7 weeks to get it back from this joker unrepaired my husband was feeling better. Upon removing the «bad motor» that he supposedly put back in, my husband was 100% convinced that it had never been removed or replaced. Also, we had run some vinegar through the machine before these guys came and took it, and even though he had said he had run it and it wasn’t right, there was still vinegar in the trap at the bottom of the dishwasher. Really? Can’t even lie very well. So, we ended up buying a used motor on eBay and ta-​da! Works perfectly. $ 50 for the used motor and $ 400 for service call and delivery for NOTHING to Services Solution 4 You! If you have already called them, get your stuff back or cancel the order. They have complaints for the BBB but not much web presence so I think they are in the business of changing names. The owner’s (?) first name is Jamal. Beware, beware beware!

I wish I had seen the other reviews before I hired this company. If 0 stars was an option that is what they would get. I contacted them thru a craigslist ad because the initial fee was waived if you performed the service (didn’t even waive the fee). I didn’t watch them but the 2 «repair men» who walked in basically just eyeballed my refrigerator and guessed at what it would need. I was given a «range» of what it might cost to fix and I reluctantly said OK. 2 weeks later, I finally touched base with him and the part was on back order. Another 2 weeks later it was still on back order so I told him to cancel the order. He claimed it was nonrefundable and couldn’t cancel his order (despite the part never being shipped). For another 3 weeks I called him every day until he would issue me a refund. Finally he told me he received the part and asked if I wanted it installed… From there told me he couldn’t refund me for the full amount because the part was already delivered. I complained to the BBB who they ignored until they finally agreed to send me a check with was about half of what I paid him. The process took 5 months! Never do business with these crooks.
PS. I am not even convinced they could perform the repair any better than myself.

Do not hire Services solution 4you!!! The owner seems unable to diagnose the most basic problem. He has not answered or returned my calls regarding dissatisfaction and refund request. I began to ask for a refund as instructed on his contract paperwork. I had to hire someone else to fix a water line in my subzero refrigerator that he couldn’t identify. IF you decide to hire him, good luck, you have been warned!!!
