The past three summers we noticed our A/​C unit just wasn’t working as good as it use to but it was never a cause for concern until now. I started using the A/​C moderately since the weather has been warming up a little bit and we noticed that none of the air coming out was cold. I spoke to Paul who was local to my area and asked if he could come by. During his consultation he noticed our air filter needed to be replaced, the coils had gone bad, and there were leaks that need to be fixed. One day later he was able to stop by and fix everything also replaced the refrigerant as a bonus for us. Compared to what we would had to pay to replace the unit all together we got a great deal.

I work with many contractors. It is hard to find good ones. Great communication. Gave me a fair bid and started the work right then. Called me 2 hours later to let me know he was done. Will call him again for sure!
Round 2 — Village decided we needed to do more work on the property. As before, Paul was right on it! Even though the inspector was somewhat vague in his instruction, Paul knew exactly what was needed to satisfy the Village requirements. He did everything I asked of him regarding what was needed to get the permit. We passed the inspection on the 1st pass without any trouble. Even the inspector said whoever I had in there knows what they are doing.

Do NOT believe any other review! When I took a look at this guys furnace installation at my house I knew it was bad. I then had three other legitimate furnace installers, which I paid for, to look at it and they ALL said it had to be re-​installed. Cost me a lot more money to do the job right. I knew this guy was a mistake when he was supposed to arrive between 8−10am and didn’t show up until 11:36. Told my husband to send him away but he gave him a break.

We contracted Paul for a couple of electrical projects in our home and I was very happy with their work. I had ideas about how the work should be done, and when he arrived he had other suggestions that I liked more than my own.
Almost would give 5 stars except their ladder damaged paint on the wall in one area where they were working. I was able to cover this up with a little paint so not a big deal.
Overall, they were very professional, polite and clean. I would definitely use Spark Electric again.
