Just like the reviewer from 1÷16÷13, Bill M, I can’t begin to explain my experience with this place. I originally brought in an Apple iPad 1^st Generation to be fixed from a broken glass display on December 19, 2012 with a verbal promise it would be completed by December 23, 2012. Excuse after excuse, lie after lie, It took until January 10, 2013 via texts and numerous phone calls just to get our broken iPad back! You’ll never get a return phone call or a straight answer, owner is completely unprofessional, after paying our $ 50.00 deposit on 12÷19÷12 to get started, he stated he could not write up a receipt or work order for the repair, instead he would text us a receipt. He mixed us up several times with another repair he must of have in his shop, in fact, he never tagged which iPad was ours, just put it with a bunch of others in his storage area. After getting the iPad back in 1÷10÷13, the display was corrected, but it was dirty on the inside, glass pieces and dust, and did not function correctly. Brought back the unit to the owner who calls himself Jerry and demanded it be repaired correctly. It is now February 3, 2013 and the owner is still providing excuse after excuse and I still have no iPad back. I’ve gone to the physical place of business several times and no one is ever there. The Unilocal review from Michelot P. that states to checkout his facebook page is clearly a friend or himself. (no other posts and brand new to Unilocal) You will never be able to see negative postings on his listed facebook page because he can delete or hide any post he feels necessary from his facebook page. I would recommend visiting i Fix and Repair (
) in the Willow Grove Mall, very professional, very clean and actual repairs.

I was referred to Murphy’s by a friend who swore on his services. He fixed her water damaged iphone and a water damaged iphone of another friend. I brought my water damaged iphone to Jerry and was told it would be fixed in an hour.
Fast forward 2 weeks. Still didn’t have my phone. Was told by Jerry several times he would call me back about the status of my phone. He never called me to tell me anything. I hounded this guy almost every day for two weeks, only to be told excuse after excuse about why my phone was not yet repaired. He delved into his personal life (finding excuses) on several occasions but I was too nice to tell him I didn’t care and I just wanted my phone back. Finally, when he came to the realization he couldn’t fix my phone, he said he would at least rig it so it didn’t appear to be water damaged and Apple would just give me a new phone under my warranty.
Say its my fault for not being thorough, but I just wanted my phone back at that time. I finally had my busted phone back in my posession when I realized he didn’t rig it at all. The headphone jack was still bright red… and I had to take my phone to the Apple store in an hour! I called him to tell him how he royally screwed me this time. I didn’t listen to his excuses about fixing it. I went online and upgraded my phone paying $ 386 for a new one. Believe me, the price was worth not dealing with Jerry again.
