I use to come here all the time, but recently I feel that they have been going downhill. So my last visit here was last Saturday. My family was having a birthday party for ten and we made a reservation for 5 pm. A few of us got there at 4:45 and they told us they haven’t set up the table yet and we can wait by the bar. So we get a few drinks and our waitress tells me she needs to see a valid driver licence. Like many people I didn’t like my new drivers license picture so I used my old one for drinks, and the law states that once a drivers license is expired it can be used as a VALIDID. But I didn’t feel like arguing with her so I showed her my new one since she refused to give me a drink. Then finally at 5:10 they have our table ready, our waiter was nice(hence the two stars, instead of one). But the skillet queso was all watery and nasty, this is the second time they have done this. And then it took about an hour for us to get our food. All in all I do love Chili’s but this one is terrible. I suggest going to a different one and not waste your money here.

Five of us have been meeting at this location for the past 3 years on Sunday evenings in the bar area. The service has steadily been declining for the past year. The food has been cold on several different visits and we have been unable to even attempt to return it for replacement due to the lack of servers and/or the quality of the servers ability. We have become more and more disenchanted by this location.

The food is always consistent. But Sara in the bar is the best bartender I’ve ever seen. She knows everyone’s drink by memory and does the work of three people Sara always greets everyone with smile and has fun with her job I highly recommend you stop by and meet her, You will have a wonderful time

Gonna give an extra star for their detailed gluten free menu. They let you know exactly which items have allergens in them. Still not that impressed with the menu, and the salad section isn’t great. But I know what is definitely wheat free! — — — — — Brand new in Glendora. My friend and I had to check out the bar right away. Very bright! It was not in the center of the restaurant like the other Chili’s I have been too, which kinda dims things. It just on one side of the restaurant so there are windows all around. bright. I like my drinking done in dimness. But at least there is way more bar space since it is arranged in a square with the ‘tender’s doing their thing in the center. Usual Happy Hour. 50 cent wings, discounted beers and well drinks. I am sure the food is the same(mediocre). The spinach artichoke dip was mediocre to testify. Chili’s gets the job done for happy hour or a night cap when nothing else is close. Certainly not a place I go to for great food.

We waited over 45 minutes to get our food. The wait staff ignored us several times. The restaurant was not clean either. The prices are high for what you get in the quantity and quality of the food.

I hate to write this review because the last time I was there the service and food was great, time though, was not good. When I placed my order over the phone to pick up the girl that helped me seemed frazzled and like she didn’t know what she was doing, I brushed it off to being that it was around dinner time when I called(7:45pm) and didn’t think of it. I asked for my order to be ready at 9 pm, 1 hour 15 mins later then when I placed my order. When I arrived at 9:45pm there was a line of people waiting and no one there at the pick up window. 10 minutes later a lady appeared with the order for a couple that is waiting. She helps me and I pay for my order. I then have to wait another 10 minutes after I pay to get my older. That I asked to be ready 45 minutes BEFORE I got there. Not to mention that there were 2 missing ranch dipping sauces. We ordered the berry cake desert which was given to us cold with no instructions how to heat it up since on their menu it appears to be a hot dish. Just an overall fail on their part. Sorry Chilis you could do way better then this!

I ordered a lunch combo at The bar — A cheese burger with fries. They served me the burger with over cooked-black, un appealing, dry, hard, patties, and on the Plate, they added a measly, stingy portion of about 12-french fries!!! Potatoes do Not cost that much !! I had to send back the burger and wait for a new burger. Server said the plate comes with Three ounces of fries??? Do they measure the Salt also? Had to throw away food and waste my time???

What a horrid experience. Hostess was very rude. We waited like 5 minuets just to put our name in. The wait was 10 minuets so 20 minuets later when we were sat I was shocked to see all the open seats. Our waitress finally came to take our order. Started out with drinks and queso. The queso tasted like it had been out for a while and maybe even a little burned. We would have relayed this to our server but she never came back. We received the wrong kids meal which was no big deal as they just had to take it back and adjust it. An apology from the manager who brought it out would have been nice instead of an annoyed attitude. Asking for a to go box took forever. I can understand if it was busy but it was not. I do not pay to be ignored. Something needs to be done. This used to be such a nice chilies too.

Terrible service. I’ve never seen so many members of a wait staff make eye contact with you and as you raise your hand to ask to be seated or for another glass of water or for the check to turn around and walk away. Came on a Saturday about 3pm, place was fairly empty. Waited about 10 minutes to be greeted by anyone. Was greeted and told they’d look for the hostess, and we waited another 5 minutes. Ordered our food. Waitress forgot to bring out the soup before the entrée. She forgot it all together really. A waiter dropped a plate with food and left a taco sitting on the floor after everything else was cleaned up. It stayed there our whole visit. Water glasses were empty for about 20 minutes. Tried and tried to flag a waitress down. Tried to reorder on their«ziosk» but it said we had no drinks to reorder. Finally managed to grab the hostess who then filled it up for us. Food was ok. The service was just awful.

Got my take out order all wrong. My 10 – 15 minute pick up turned out to be 40 minutes. I ordered a burger plain and they still put everything on it. I ordered onion rings instead of fries with the burger and they tried to send me on my way without them saying my order was complete. When the onion rings did come, there were only 4 little ones. Really not worth the hassle of ordering out from here. Go elsewhere!

Not sure where to begin, but my experience here was dismal. When I walked in, an extremely bored looking hostess greeted me and took me to a table immediately. However, she didn’t say a word the entire time, set down the menu, and just walked away. No conversation whatsoever. No big deal, I don’t come in to talk with hostesses, I come in to eat. I was greeted almost immediately by Vanessa who took my drink and appetizer order. I thought things were going to go well, but this is where the positive review ends. I waited 15 minutes for my appetizer. Several times Vanessa walked by with drinks for other tables but never once acknowledged my wait time. Finally, I stopped her and asked where my appetizer was, and then I heard her ask another server to deliver it to me. So it was in the window for awhile apparently. Someone named Anna delivered my half order of Texas Cheese Fries and when I commented I had waited 15 minutes for them, she gave me a half-smile and said, «Oh, sorry» and walked away. Not once did Vanessa stop by my table to ask how my Cheese Fries were. Not once did she stop by to ask if I needed anything(I had to go get my own napkins). Not once did she stop by to bring me a drink refill. She walked by several times, but never once took a moment to actually do her job and check up on me. It wasn’t until I was completely finished did she stop by and ask if I was ready to order dinner. At this point, I told her I was going to leave. I had no desire to be at the restaurant any more. To top it off, the tables around me were covered in dirty dishes and belonged to another server who was dressed up as Cookie Monster. So the entire time I ate my food, I stared at dirty tables and messy floors. The section across the room had tables pulled out. The place looked more like a Chuck E Cheese than a mid-level dining establishment. Really, Chili’s? Is this the level of respect you have not only for your store, but for your guests? Why am I paying money to come in and not only be ignored, but also given so little respect you can’t even bother to present the restaurant in an acceptable manner? Was it because I came in by myself? Are your servers pre-judging me and assuming I am going to tip low, or that because I am by myself I don’t matter as a customer? Newsflash, I worked in the restaurant industry for many years as a server, and a manager. And you better believe I busted my butt for each and every table — regardless if they were a single diner, or a party of 20. Why? Because it was my job, because I took pride in my abilities, and because I wanted to earn the biggest tip possible. There was absolutely no excuse for my experience to be like this today. Yes, it is Halloween, and I’m sure these servers didn’t want to be at work. Guess what? They chose to have this job. Make the best of it. Show some pride in your job and stand out and be an amazing server. +2 stars for tasty cheese fries.

I take out from this Chili’s. The food is usually pretty good as is the service. EXCEPT last Friday night I went in to pick up my order at the Take Out counter and there’s no one there. I wait around. Finally I go to the bar tender who says they’ll have someone help me. After 10 more minutes(no lie) some guy comes out and I ask«Is anyone working your take out?». He says, «Yeah, me». I give him my name, he takes my card and hands me a receipt to sign. Then shoves a bag full of food at me and leaves. No words out of his mouth. The name on the receipt said his name was Zachery. Well Zachery, you’re a douche bag and Chili’s should fire your ass.

The food at every chili’s is about the same quality. Tastes pretty good whenever I get it. But this chili’s just has pretty bad service. It’s always busy but they are horribly understaffed. I know it’s not the associates’ fault, so management should plan better for making sure the place has enough servers for the crowd. Good service would make for a better rating.

I walked into this Chili’s last night for late drinks. The bar was empty but had nowhere to sit. The bar was filthy with empty glasses and plates. Empty tables were not busted. We asked if they can clean a table and the waitress was rude and ignored us. We walked out and went to Wing Stop. I already knew it was going to be a bad experience I can’t believe any manager would let employees behave this way! I will never go back to Chili’s again!

The hubby ordered the enchilada, tostada, and soft taco combo and the first plate came with lettuce dried up(top taco) and the second one came out way better. The food looked like it was under the heaters for a long time. They gave us another but I don’t think it should’ve been served that way in the first place.

Came here to get something to eat before me and my girlfriend went to watch a film at amc. The place is nice and is your typical chain restaurant, although the wait can be 10mins or more for a seat. We didn’t want something heavy so opted for the bottomless chilli and soup with my girlfriend getting the soup instead of the chilli. The food itself was good, something you would expect when it is bottomless. The one thing that let me down on the trip was the service. The staff were pretty slow with orders and refills and in general didn’t seem interested. Overall though the food is not bad and the place is nice.

I’ll come here with a group of people on Sunday nights. It’s great that they can accommodate all of us so we can just sit in the bar easily. There are lots of TVs around so you always are sitting at a good angle to see what you want. The food overall is good but nothing to rave about. A lot of my friends really like the queso dip but I’m not into cheese enough to be. It’s tasty just not my favorite thing. I appreciate that they have tried to step up the menu lately. They have added more dishes, pizza, and expanded the healthier fare section. The service is generally very good. It can be a little busier and crazy sometimes but generally the servers are still friendly and refill your drinks when you like!
