I’ve been going to Zumba with Teresa for 3 months and have already seen immediate results. I’ve dropped one dress size and lost 10lbs. Better, though, is that I am building muscle tone in all the areas that were my widest. Teresa is awesome! She is motivating, strides to help as many students she can to reach their goal weight and keep living healthy. She makes exercising fun! I’m now doing zumba sentao and its the best challenge ever.
Additionally, my daughter attends her kids zumba class and loves it!
I would recommend anyone and everyone to Ms. T’s Dream Team!

I started out this summer trying the Aqua Zumba not knowing what to expect and found that I absolutely love it. I went ahead and signed up for the rest of the summer to make sure I got a spot because it fills up so quickly. Then I asked if I could try the regular Zumba class to see if I would like it after Aqua Zumba ended, and I love it. So now I am doing both Aqua Zumba and regular Zumba. Teresa is an awesome instructor and puts her whole heart into teaching her classes. She is a great motivator, always cheerful and friendly which makes you forget your even working out. I highly recommend taking her classes because you will not be disappointed.

Teresa, i just want to take moment to say Thank You. I love your aqua zumba class, and thanks to you, i feel like i may finally be on my way to making a change and losing weight. and my health is getting better. I went to the doctors Friday, for the first time in about 4 years my blood pressure was back to normal. before i started zumba my pressure was thru the roof. I have now lost 6 lbs. 3 inches on my hips, 2 from the waist and 1 ½ from the chest. I hope to gain strength in my knee and eventually join your regular zumba class. Again Thank You Teresa. you inspire me to continue…

After trying about three different Zumba teachers… I struck gold with this instructor! The first thing I liked about this class was that the instructor was living proof of the benefits of zumba… A mother of three, she struggled with weightless, but finally found success with Zumba. She has dedicated her life to fitness and the fitness of others… The class itself is the most instense, versatile and fun workout I have ever had! It’s constantly changing and never lets you down… This instructor will motivate you how ever she can! A definite must!
