I am giving 5 stars because of the prompt service I received from Jan’s Towing on Valencia in Glendora. They arrived in minutes and driver Robert M. was very professional, and friendly. I would use their services in the future. Roberts helpful attitude made a stressful situation much easier.

My car was not starting so thinking it was the battery or starter. Called AAA and they sent out Guillermo… he arrived within 30 mins of my car. He was professional and troubleshooted my car… tested the battery and explained the replacements they offer. Thank you for sending Guillermo!!! Awesome guy!

I had battery problems with my 2006 Yamaha FJR 1300A. The bike wouldn’t start. My driver, Carlos, arrived quickly. He carefully inspected the bike in an effort to locate the battery. I told him what the service person at a local bike shop told me. The battery wasn’t in that location. Not to be deterred, Carlos then checked the other side. Found the battery location. Carefully removed parts of the ferring. Carefully attached the battery charger. The bike started after Carlos patiently waited for it to charge. He then put the ferring back together. I mean this was a perfect instance of professional service. Thank you so much Carlos.

I would like thank Frank Q. For providing such great customer service and helping my mom and I when we were stranded yesterday.
I really appreciate that he was prompt to respond and was there to help within minutes. It’s funny because he had previously helped my mom and still remembered her right away. He greeted us quickly explained what he was going to do and the van was loaded and ready to go In a blink of an eye. Although there was a bit of a misunderstanding I sent him over to the Chevy dealer when it was the Chrysler dealer he was ok with it. He turned around and quickly unloaded the van.
Overall we had a great non stressful experience.

I got a dead battery at the least opportune time. At my daughters school parking lot for pick up. I called AAA they dispatched Carlos with Jan’s Towing with in 30 minutes a friendly Driver Carlos shows up. He was friendly, professional. Within a few minutes Carlos had us up and running! Carlos proceeded to give me a print out receipt show the strength of my battery in turn piece of mind i didn’t need a new battery and two complimentary bottle of ice cold water bottles to boot for me and my daughter during these dog days of summer. Thank you Carlos at Jan’s Towing, Glendora! It’s good to know of a reliable towing company to rely on in the community!

Hey everyone, I just want to share my experience with this towing company. I contacted AAA and this company came out to help me out. The driver, Dan M., was the one that came out and I was appreciative to have him come out and provide the service. Dan demonstrated somebody that was very easy to get along with, very personable, and customer service oriented. On top of that, his timing was accurate. There were no hassles I experienced during my encounter with him and he definitely left a good impression upon me about how he carries himself and how he represents his company. I had flat tire DRAMA today and Jan’s and Tim’s first sent a really nice driver (Carlos) to check it out and he even tried to put air in it. No dice. He was really honest with me and told me which dealership service center to avoid because they don’t fix flat tires. So Ken came out with his tow truck (again very nice) and towed it to the second closest dealership. I like these guys!

Somehow ran out of gas — on the freeway no less — yeah there’s a first time for everything — on my way to a party on a Saturday evening — very crowded freeway too — and AAA dispatched Adolfo out to me and he showed up in minutes, put the gas in and I was on my way. Excellent.

I had the unfortunate incident of having an unexpected flat tire. So I called AAA and they sent over Victor Dominguez of Jan’s Towing to assist me. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He went over and beyond helping me by not only changing my flat tire, but as well as checking my battery and other fluids necessary to keep my car running as well as possible. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great helpful advice. He made sure my safety was # 1. I would receommend Jan’s Towing to anyone who needs automotive assistance. And hopefully you will have the pleasure of having Victor assist you.

Gilbert and Carlos were very timely, courteous, knowledgeable & had my safety as their #1 interest due to the data readings obtained regarding on my car battery. I felt they were very honest and trustworthy which is very important to me.
While I hope I do not need service any time soon, I would welcome seeing them if needed.

These guys have saved my butt a few times. This last time I had a flat tire, they came out supper fast. I told the dispatcher, I was late for work. They gave me a price over the phone to change my tire, and did not charge me a penny more. Very happy, thanks guys!
