History

Established in 1987.

Southland Properties was established in 1987 by Bob and Jackie Doornik and purchased by Daniel and Gary Boyer in 2005. Southland Properties has grown into the #1 Independent Real Estate Brokerage in the area.

Business Owner

Daniel Boyer was born and raised in Southern California, and moved to the city of Glendora in 1981. Growing up in Glendora, Daniel attended La Fetra Elementary School, Sandburg Middle School and Glendora High School before venturing off to the University of California, Santa Barbara. At UCSB, Daniel would excel as a Mechanical Engineering major and graduated as one of the top students in his class.

After graduating, Daniel received a job with one of the premier special effects companies in Hollywood called Special Effects Unlimited, Inc. However, it did not take him long to decide that he wanted to help people by choosing a career that really makes a difference. In 2002, Daniel joined his father in the Real Estate business and right away he realized just how much he loved helping people make one of their biggest decisions in their life.

Daniel always delivers exceptional service to all of his clients. Over 80% of Daniel’s business comes directly from personal contacts and referrals.
