I am so thankful that I met Gilbert during my house searches because he has been so helpful throughout the transaction and he tried his best to make sure the transaction was as smooth as possible. He is very detail oriented, honest, patient, and sincere. He would answer his phone/​text at 9pm on Sunday night. He went above and beyond to help me to make things possible. He spent time going over every detail with me and answer any questions that I had. Although it wasn’t my first home purchase, I learned many new things from him. He is very knowledgeable about anything related to real estate. For something that he didn’t have an answer for, he called other Professionals to get the answers for me and even asked them to call me directly to make sure there is no misunderstanding/​miscommunication. He even went to the city hall with me to check with permits and he did much much more than what he needed to do as an agent. He also kept good contact with me after I got my keys and he said that he would be there to address my questions and concerns any time (after the sale!)
