My experience at CDI was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I waited only 15 minutes without an appointment. I also got my results extremely fast! When I went to Hill Imaging Center a few years back, it took over 3 weeks to get my results. I would absolutely recommend CDI over Hill.

I used this facility over two years ago. To begin. my service was subpar. I never received a bill. I never received any correspondence from them at all.
Now over two years later, and for the first time, I have been informed that they have sent me to collections. I always pay all my bills. If they had actually sent me a bill or called me (they had current information) this bill would have been paid years ago.
I called their billing to inquire as to the error and was told it was my fault and they did nothing wrong. This is horrible customer service. I was also told they hadn’t sent a bill in two years. So why not send a bill for two years and then send me to collections… years later???
I hear about this happening to people all the time. I never thought it would happen to me but California diagnostic imaging added me to the list of people who never received a bill and was sent to collections.
I do NOT recommend this facility and I hope you never have to deal with them as I have.

This is our 4^th time here. The wait time varies depending on the time of day. I find the end of the day has a less wait time. The staff is generally friendly. The results are quick.

Waiting time more than 30 min. Even with an appt scheduled in advance. Staff didn’t seem to care.

I went here in December 2013 for an MRI. The staff was attentive and thoroughly answered my questions. The technician who did my MRI was great. She was accommodating and definitely knows her job. The tech was able to think outside the box, MRI box that is. All was great and received my results within two days.

Excellent service and quick results.
I’m giving them 3 stars because the employees reflect the business.
The receptionist looks very official with her headset, but, in the times I’ve been there, she is ALWAYS on a personal call. One morning I was there to pick up my results, she didn’t even look up or acknowledge my arrival. All she did was glance up, ask my last name, printed my paper, handed it to me… All this while obviously having a fight with the other person on the line about the events of the previous night.
Good thing they deliver results quick
