Absolutely horrible. I scheduled the appointment s month ago. A day before I tried to call to confirm the appointment but the phone was disconnected. I kept trying and trying, but nothing. The morning of the appointment, I get a phone call saying they are canceling the appointment because of technical difficulties. I struggled to get get my family together for a month and finally got them together, just to be canceled at the last second. Very unprofessional. This new management seems to be unprofessional and not up to par. I highly recommend going to another location because this company will cancel on you at any second.

Great Customer service!

The pictures were pretty good. They ask you if you would like to purchase additional pictures prior to the ultrasound and of course I bought them, but it should be offered after the ultrasound. As you don’t know how good the pictures will come out before the ultra sound. Mines were just okay due to the baby having the placenta in its face.

Since it has become under new management I have went there 4 times and was disappointed at each one I thought if I gave them another chance it would turn out better but the girls that work there were very rude they did not give the pictures I wanted and they were not clear I had the gender reveal package and they couldn’t tell me what the baby was so they rescheduled which I had to pay 10 more dollars on top of that very poor customer service I would not recommend them to anybody do not go there and waste your money I strongly recommend you find somewhere else to go

I first came in at 18 weeks for the gender package but the baby was not cooperative so they rescheduled no extra charge. The tech spent a good amount of time and really tried to get the baby to move around. She was so patient. I came back for a second vist and was told it was a girl. After a horrible 2^nd trimester ultrasound at my doctor’s place. I came back for pics and to confirm gender. It’s still a girl and the tech was so patient and took her time she was also very friendly. Im very hapy with my experience. Got some great pics.

Really disappointed with this place! My first 3d ultrasound and to find out they gave me a wrong gender determination was upsetting! I decided to have a gender reveal party so I didn’t see the screen but instead the sonogram was put inside an envelope. When I went to my doctor for confirmation, her and a colleague of hers both agreed they gave me a bad determination and agreed the picture wasn’t clear. As a first time mom, this was seriously upsetting. And I called and it wouldn’t be free of charge like another post said.

I did their Silver package and I’m very satisfied.
My first appointment, unfortunately, the baby was facing my back, and umbilical cord was on top of baby’s face too so we couldn’t see any baby’s facial feature. I was really disappointed but they scheduled me another appointment for free and I was able to see baby’s facial feature and movements at my 2^nd appointment and it was just amazing. I did mine at 28 weeks.
It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. Staffs were very nice.
The facility was very comfortable with nice reclining chair and enough couch seatings for the guest or guests. I got to see my baby on a big flat screen TV. The lubricant for the ultrasound was warm too and the staff gave me a towel to wipe it off too so the whole process was really nice.
They printed the pictures on a good quality photo papers. DVD of the video and CD for all the pictures work perfectly. They even gave me a nice purse of goodies.
With their coupon on their website, the whole package was cheaper than any other company that I searched for.
I highly recommend!

So I Found Them On Unilocal & This Place Is Awesome. Its By Appointment Only But Its Kool Cause No Wait Is Necessary. The Girls There Were Nice & Helped Us With All The Questions We Had. Overall Everything Came Out Great !. Worth My Money & Time !!. 2 Thumbs Up!

I got a flyer from my doctor’s office so I called to try and schedule an appointment but the lady who answered was rude and just stated to call a different number. Not sure if the flyers are outdated but if I knew there was a different number for scheduling appointment I would’ve called. Website also shows the number I called. They may want to update their flyers and Unilocal

Trying this place for the first seems like a nice place! i think it’s awesome we get a free picture for posting a review. I’ll post again after my visit!

I’m a first time mommy and was very confused where to go but I am so Glad I ended up here! The business is professional ! The business owner was very nice! I am 31 weeks and got to see clear images of my princess I got to see her eyes open which was amazing to me I wasn’t expecting that! Those who left a low rating on this place are negative and hard to please ! I recommend everyone to come here! The experience was beautiful ! I just wanted to stay looking at my baby all day !

I highly recommend abc imaging !! The pictures are so clear :) im 32 weeks along and Im happy with the overall experience here!! I’m definitely coming back for pregnancy pictures at 35 weeks !! Do keep in mind it’s by appt only !! And they do have a flat screen tv with a decent size viewing room !!!

I had a great experience here. The owner was very nice and patient considering my 2 year old was not so patient. The ultrasound pictures came out great! She was able to get my daughters full face, nice and clear.
I also took my pregnancy pictures here with my husband and son. Again very patient and was able to get great poses of us all.
I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. The actual location is small but intimate.

Found this place via Unilocal and glad I did. Service was great and the owner was super nice! I looked at a few places and this had the best prices compared to other places that had the same packages. The place was cute and clean. Most importantly the quality of the pictures was great! I would recommend this place because I left satisfied with my experience.

I had an awesome experience at this place! It was a comfortable setting and she made me feel real comfortable. We went twice because the first appt our little one decided to hide the whole time. The package we purchased guaranteed a face shot so she gave us another appt! We got amazing pictures and were overall satisfied.

My pictures came out blurry. The system they use is not the most expensive high quality software, therefore, the ultra did not look crisp as other places. You can tell by their Unilocal photos… Look at other Unilocal ultrasound photos and compare the difference!
Their office appeal is not intriguing. It looks outdated and old. For the money spent, I expected something with a little décor. You would literally lay down on a hand me down look alike recliner OLD couch. It definitely was not comfortable! Also, the main thing that was horrible about this place was how small the viewing tv was… You’d expect a large flat screen tv to view your baby but NOOO, it’s an old school 30″ box tv which is far from where you lay down. I could barely see the tv and had to squint… Family sat on a small green couch inside the room with me and only accommodated 2 people. Ugh, never again.

Awesome place! I went when I was a couple weeks pregnant and since baby was covering his face, she gave a chance to go back and get a better shot of my baby’s face, for FREE!!! So I went back, got a few shots of my baby’s face but he covered his darn face again. So she asked me if I wanted to go back but I didn’t want to abuse her generosity, I said no. I was happy with what I got!!! The staff is awesome so I would recommend this place to EVERYONE I know and are expecting, of course :).

It was sooooooo cool looking at my daughter inter tv she was so adorable I loved my experience there they were nice I would definitely go back I suggest if you have a Unilocal you check in you get a free picture :) it may not have a flat screen tv but you can still see your baby’s face verly clearly my sister had got an ultrasound the same day I did at a different place and mines came out way better my husbands mom cried lol it was perfect

I had a wonderful experience here.
Babies can be finicky, especially when doing an ultrasound but they fully accommodate you at this facility.
I did extensive research from facilities in LA to the OC and this one had the best economically priced package and had good reviews. I noticed a lot of the ultrasound places in the OC do not let you reschedule or do another appointment if your baby is covering up. I did not want to pay over $ 100 for a package that didn’t guarantee a face picture like my first pregnancy. I had paid over $ 120 in a nice area and didn’t get very good pictures or items.
My first session the baby was covering his face. We tried re-​positioning but he wouldn’t budge. I rescheduled and came in a week later, no charge. We did get some good shots! I can understand how people would get frustrated, but its not the techs fault if your baby just won’t corporate. It took the baby awhile to move his hands and she was so patient. We went well over our 15 minute time to get good pictures.
We purchased the silver package, priced $ 85 with a coupon for $ 20 and paid only $ 65. They will honor the discount even without the coupon. We received two DVD’s one with pictures and another with the all the live sessions as well as our pictures of the baby. She even included my first session, the one where the baby hid the whole time.
Such a good deal, and such great service! I totally recommend them and wish I had come to this place for my first pregnancy.

Gave me the Unilocal deal even though I didn’t purchase it through Unilocal.The package I got also guarantees a face shot which is great because we came back 3 times just to get a face shot of our lil girl free of charge and the lady doing our ultrasound included each visit on our video DVD!
