Great service! I called yesterday about my washer giving me an error code for the door lock… he was out the next morning (offered same-​day but I had plans) and fixed my washer in like 10 minutes. Fair rates, great service and now I have clean clothes (yay!). Thank you Aerocool, next time I’m in a jam you’re my next call!

I would highly recommend Steve at Aerocool. Great service. he figured out what was causing the annoying loud vibration on my refrigerator. Returned my call right away. Would use him again if I had any issues again!

Along with all the normal expenses that come with a move, I bought a used GE refrigerator, only to find out that neither side was cool enough (min freezer temp was 35 degrees). Called Steve based on previous reviews. He called me back same day and was at my house the next morning for the free estimate. He was able to replace the part on the spot, and within 24 hrs I went from zero to hero in my house. Steve even took 10% off, which is a huge deal for me right now. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or refer to a friend.

Great experience with Steve from Aerocool. I called him around 8:30am and he promptly returned my call by 10am and said he was available right away. He looked at my washer, gave me a quote and he was in and out of there in 45 minutes. Great work, honest, and advised me if it was acting up again to give him a call.

What more could you ask for? Steve is knowledgable, honest and dependable– He once came to my house on the 4^th of July to fix my freezer which (thefood inside) would not have made it through the day! This time, he diagnosed and replaced the igniter in a decades old wall oven, thus giving it life until I can finally remodel my kitchen! thanks! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else, you will never find anyone else like him in this day and age–

My dryer stopped drying. A called around to other places, but Steve was the only one that would be able to be there the next day. He said he would need to order the part. He came back in a couple of days and fix the problem in less than an hour. Then in about a couple of days the same problem happened. I called and he responded right away. Whatever it was he fixed it, no charge.
During his first visit, I had him look at my refrigerator. It would leak water and I couldn’t figure where it was coming from. There would be a puddle every couple of days. I was worried I would have to replace it. He said he could fix it for $ 5. There was a water hose in the back that was clogged. He showed me how to clean in case it happened again. Will definitely call him again. If I have any problems with my appliances.

Our refrigerator wasn’t getting cold and we were afraid we were going to have to buy a new one $$$: (we searched Unilocal and found Steve at Aerocool and I gave him a call this morning and he said he’d be at our place between 10:00 and 12:00 well he showed up at 10:40 to take a look at our warm fridge and diagnosed the problem right away and gave me a great price! and he actually had the replacement parts on hand! If you need a great appliance repairman I recommend Aerocool!!! Thank you Steve!!!

I’ve had Aerocool/​Steve come out twice now. First time it was just a loose/​missing screw on my washer. He charged me such a minimal price & never tried to tell me it was something more than what it actually was. This time was the dryer. He came out within an hour or two of speaking with him. He was quick, clean & very reasonable price wise. I’m so beyond impressed with his integrity. It is so very hard now a days to find a reputable appliance repair man that won’t charge crazy prices & do unnecessary repairs. I can say without a doubt that we will continue to use his services whenever we need to. I would recommend him with the highest regards to anyone!

At 11:45 am, in panic, I posted a shout out on FB realizing that I am the go to person when someone needs some type of service or product. Of course right after that I went to Unilocal looking for someone that can fix a refrigerator, on a Saturday –and Superbowl weekend! My ‘old’ appliance service company does not work on Saturdays I learned, shame on them — we need appliance repair on weekends!
Aerocool Refrigeration with a FIVE STAR ***** referral was my first call. I left a voice message and searched on (panicking because water was leaking on to my kitchen floor and food is defrosting). Within 10 minutes I received a call back — Steve from Aerocool to the rescue! YAY… and I don’t know how, but he was here by 12:15.
I am posting this at 1:25 (same day). Steve is gone, my refrigerator is fixed (it was the freezer, frozen up due to the timer). My food is put away, most of it salvaged and my kitchen floor is cleaned up. OH… and I didn’t get gouged for calling on a weekend.
If you are within 30 miles of Glendora, DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE! This is your guy! He repairs most appliances — not only that, but reminded me do not put the ice tray with the ice back in the freezer… dump it and start over (otherwise I would have a new problem).

I called, left a message and received a return phone call the next morning. Discussed my problem with a very professional gentleman (Steve) and he told me he would check into the parts and what it would cost to fix the problem. A few hours passed and he told me that he had the part and we scheduled an appointment.
He came on time, fixed the problem and stayed to see if it was solved. No nonsense extremely professional. Not that I hope my appliances break anytime soon but I will use Aerocool again.

Steve was very professional and provided excellent service. I called Monday morning and he was able to check out my broken refrigerator by 12pm.

I called at 8 and Steve made to my house at 11. Steve is professional and told me what was wrong (it’s too dirty as i didn’t know you need to clean the inside of the refrigerator). I never have felt he was selling us a bill of goods just to line his pockets. Very great service and reliable!

Steve showed up fast (even though Monday Night Football was just about ready to start) and did an excellent job of fixing our aging dryer. Why buy new, when it’s still repairable.
If you live in Glendora (or surrounding Cities) you need to call Aerocool. Don’t pay a high price to a large company, when you can pay a fair price to a small business owner. Hat’s off to Steve at Aerocool!

Everyone wants to find a professional appliance repairman, mechanic, plumber, etc… that you feel comfortable recommending to friends and you know is not ripping you off — I have found the appliance repairman.
We first called a completely shady company (DAMN, I wish I could find the invoice so I could nail them with a review) when our ice dispenser wasn’t working. They said that our coils needed a professional cleaning, that they charged the freon, etc… they did everything BUT fix the ice maker problem.
Our neighbor shared Aerocool with us and we’re so glad she did! Steve is professional, reliable, and I never have felt as though he’s selling us a bill of goods just to line his pockets. We’ve called him twice and both times have been fantastic.
