If I could give this place 0 stars then I would!
I also agree with Lori M who mentioned that the customer service of this place is beyond TERRIBLE! My mom and I received presents from this store and decided to return them and when we entered the store with the boxes, we were looked at as if we were doing something wrong. The lady was very rude and disrespectful and she clearly does not know what customer service is. My mom was speaking to her and she was looking elsewhere and could care less about what my mom was even saying. She ripped us off and lied to our faces without a single shame.
I don’t know how people go to this store and give them business. There are other stores in Glendale that have Michael Aram products or even better products in general and you will get a better deal somewhere else. I will never step foot in this store and I will make sure my friends and family don’t either.

I really like this place, they have a great selection of items to use and to buy as gifts. If you are nice they are nice right back to you and have gone out of their way to help me many times.

Great selection of housewares and largest selection of Michael Aram products! I love love love Michael Aram’s gold pomegranate collection. Their stuff make amazing gifts for the upcoming holidays. Skip the crowded department stores and support your local businesses.

I absolutely agree with Lori M. Their customer service is terrible. My mom had bought us a present. It had scratches at bottom of plate. When I went in to have it exchanged with same one, I was treated as if I am returning stolen items to get refunds. With a very rude and disrespectful manner she brought plates from open boxes in the back and told me to choose good ones and replace it with the bad ones from my set.
I did tell her that as customer I don’t appreciate the way I am being looked at and treated. Yet no respond except but staring on my face !!!
I will no longer step into their store.

I would not step foot in this store if they did not have such nice things. The customer service these people provide is beyond terrible. I went there to buy some tea cups and felt the owners of the store constantly stare at me. They make you feel pressured to buy something, which is very uncomfortable. If you don’t mind the employees stalking you while you shop, then I recommend this place. They do, however, have amazing products for individuals who appreciate nice houseware, dinnerware and other house/​kitchen products. The prices for their products vary since they do carry some brand name products, such as, Michael Aram, Inox etc. On a side note, they don’t do any returns. They only do exchanges. So, think hard before purchasing products.

GIFTS & Home Accessories
I truly love this store in Glendale… yet they actually have two locations… This location has more of the homey style accessories (along with couple accessories suitable to take as gifts). The other location (which I’ll write another review for) is more for JUST GIFTS. Yes, they do run kind of pricey, but were talking about Brand Name Gifts like Rococo and etc.
Very popular store… tends to have stuff that Macy’s and Home Goods wouldn’t be able to carry. Check it out, you may just like coming here, than going else were.
