I have purchased from Tiles Unlimited for two projects now, and with such amazing service, I will make sure to go back for my next one. I had the opportunity to work with Francesca Ficalora, who sourced exactly what I was looking for, and helped me every step of the way. I would highly reccomend Francesca, and Tiles Unlimited.

Renovating a home can be an overwhelming and stressful task. Upon a recommendation of a friend, we were directed towards Tiles Unlimited in Glendale. Amazing selection of tiles both traditional and contemporary. The showroom is extremely large and organized.
We were greeted by Alessandro, who upon our first visit made our entire purchase process feel nostalgic. Alessandro patiently searched out options for the different tile installations in our home. He was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgable in discussing his ideas and products, to fit our dream renovation.
Everything was perfect from start to finish including delivery. The staff is extremely friendly from the receptionists to the delivery drivers.
I confidently recommended Alessandro and Tiles Unlimited to all my friends and family who are currently renovating and building their projects.

I recently updated my bathroom and was shopping around for tiles while trying not to break my budget. I found Tiles Unlimited while doing a search online and went to their showroom to check it out. They had tiles for every budget, and their showroom was beautifully laid out — plenty of choices, but not at all overwhelming. I met with Alex, (who was a gem), and understood exactly what I was looking for. He provided multiple options, (at all different prices), and I didn’t feel pressured at any moment to choose one over another. In the end, my bathroom was more than I could have ever dreamed of, and I will definitely go back for my kitchen backsplash. I would recommend this business in a heartbeat.

What an amazing experience! We walked in to a modern, well lit facility with loads of options. We were met by tile consultant John who asked several questions to get an understanding of our vision for the bathroom. He showed us options and gave his opinion on what went well together from a design standpoint. To my surprise he also offered up sale items as good options for our design.
John was knowledgable, patient and thorough. As a person who appreciates good customer service I was extremely pleased and have found our tile place for any future projects.
Did I mention they also have parking!!!
A few months later…
As promised posted are pics of the final project thanks to the great tiles from Tiles Unlimited. We’ll be doing my mom’s bathroom returning to the store with great products and great customer service!

My boyfriend and I are undergoing bathroom and kitchen renovations and decided to go to Tiles Unlimited. I am so glad we did! Each time we visited, we were greeted with a smile and beyond excellent customer service. We both had different creative visions for our new living space, but Francesca and Al were both able to combine our contrasting visions and create the masterpiece we now can all our bathroom and kitchen! Along with the excellent and professional customer service, were the excellent products. We are still putting on the finishing touches, but already have received so many compliments. Both Francesca and Al were very knowledgable on the products we were interested in and gave us different ideas. We will definitely be coming back for future projects, and we will be sure to recommend them to anyone in need of tiles.

Julia and another young lady helped pick out my bathroom tiles. There are a lot of beautiful tiles to choose from. The prices are a bit pricey, but I think it was worth every penny. I’ll be back when it’s time to reno the kitchen!

Satisfying experience with this classy operation. My wife and I left with a smile. Francesca provided attentive, courteous, product savvy professionalism at a level service that is admirable — a standard that all businesses should duplicate. In fact, when a particular tile was found to be out if stock, she went the extra mile — with determined persistence — and found an acceptable alternative to satisfy our needs. Also, kudos to Steve who graciously helped load up our car. I really wish we knew of this business years ago in our earlier remodeling projects! Excellent customer service. We were helped by Franchesca, she was patient and showed many different combinations of tiles for our bathroom. She was polite and extremely helpful. They have extensive selection of tiles for every price range. Their tile prices are reasonable and everyone in the store is welcoming including their loading staff. They have a parking lot which makes the buying and picking up process much easier. They are one stop shop for all tile needs including grout and other tiling items while you can find grout and other items at cheaper prices at other stores.

Alessandro was very helpful and patient. He helped me to pick the right items and was able to expedite the order to help me keep my project on schedule. Great customer service.

Excellent customer service ! I stopped by today due to great Unilocal reviews and I was extremely satisfied with the service. I was given all of the samples I asked for as I decide on which tile to choose for a bathroom remodeling DIY project. Both sales representatives offered their professional opinions and were very accommodating to my needs. They have a HUGE selection and great prices. Looking forward to doing business with this company on future projects.

Fabulous selection of tiling presented in a beautiful, light, spacious showroom with good parking. Alessandro Silaco super-​helpful with realistic ideas and honest professional advice. Having done a bit of homework, I can also say that the prices are competitive. Estimates were accurate. Delivery was within the expected timeframe. There’s a comfort level when you know that the people you are working with truly understand tiles and are invested in making sure that you, the customer, are completely satisfied with the outcome.

Absolutely the best place to shop for Tile! Joseph and his team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to design and products to use for home improvements. I have done 2 kitchens and most recently a bathroom. Very pleased with the customer service and product. After the first kitchen I’ve done. I knew this was the go to place for all my tile needs. Highly recommend! !

I now always buy my tile at Tiles Unlimited. Best experience and best prices. The owner, Joe is THE definition of friendly and professional. He makes picking out and ordering my tile so easy and smooth. He even gives me suggestions such as the one in this photo. His taste is impeccable and it shows. If you want the best quality tile, the best prices, and the best experience from beginning to end in Queens– I’m telling you this is the place to go. I’ve been to others and none even come close.

We had bought something through Nemo Tile that turned out to be the wrong color. What a blessing in disguise. Tiles Unlimited had something very similar in stock. My advice? Have fun getting idea’s at all the tile showrooms in the Flatiron district and then find something similar and ½ the price at Tiles Unlimited. AMAZING!

Alex was great in helping us to choose floor tiles for a bathroom renovation. He was able to offer suggestions that matched well with the wall tiles that we had previously chosen. We were fortunate to get a price break most likely due to their upcoming move (they are staying in the same neighborhood). The showroom seems to have a good selection that was easy for us to quickly look through. I would visit them again if I need tiles in the future.

A very good friend recommended Tiles Unlimited, and she was right. I found exactly what I was looking for and Alex S. was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place. The price was very competitive, and very friendly service.

Tiles Unlimited is a tile shop (no surprise here) and they have some really beautiful pieces. You will have to pay more money for these tiles, but the quality is far superior then the ones you would normally buy at a generic home improvement store. Staff is friendly and greet you the minute you walk in. There are displays in different areas with different tile arrangements, and there are tiles in racks on display, where you can turn each rack so you can see what the tiles look it. There are also small displays or setups of bathrooms and tiles. In the back there is a clearance/​blowout section. They have ceramic, porcelain and glass tiles and mosaics. They even have metal tiles and supplies for tiling. I saw behind the counter some bathroom fixtures as well.
The first time I came, I was helped by a woman who didn’t know too much about the products, but after I told her I wanted more info on tiles, she passed me over to one of the salesman, Alex, who is very knowledgeable about the products they carry. He quoted me a price for some tiles I was interested in. When I came back on a different day to order the tiles and asked if I could have the contractor’s discount, he was able to give me a discount of his quoted price and the bill showed the price of each tile with breakdown. He was very helpful in providing tips like using different colors of grout. He told me to use white for the walls and light grey for the floor. His tip was spot on and I could tell he was very experienced in dealing with the products he sells. I would never have thought of using grey grout but that really helps especially when people tread on the floors causing grout to discolor in some areas and the light grey grout would already take care of that.
I was really pleased with my purchase. I had white ceramic tiles that had veins injected into it that gave it a marble effect without the high maintenance. I got the bullnose (border caps) as well and the matching porcelain floor tiles, and couldn’t afford to put any more money in buying border tiles or pencils. I keep raving about the quality of these tiles, because I can’t help it. Now I look at the tiles in my bathroom all the time and dream I am in some faraway place or high-​end spa, when I am soaking in the tub and loving every minute of it.
The cons of Tiles Unlimited are that there are no returns on orders shipped from the warehouse and tiles sold by boxes. So you have to be careful how much you order. Bullnoses and pencil tiles are calculated by each piece so you don’t have to buy a whole box. Alex helped me calculate what I needed after giving him the measurements that my contractor took of my bathroom. I had only one bathroom tile piece left after construction.
If you like the look and can’t afford the tile prices, take your camera and shoot pictures of tiles that you do like and see if you can find «the look» at different stores or home improvement stores. The border tiles were too expensive for me at Tiles Unlimited, so I got those at Home Depot and they really do compliment the tiles nicely.
