Mike Kemper and Michelle Kemper are the founders of the MKemper Team based in Surprise, AZ. They have over 40 years of combined real estate experience specifically in Maricopa County and are a Family Owned business with Lisa Ghigo (Mike’s Sister In-​Law) working as the Buyer’s Agent.

Mike, Michelle and Lisa believe in using their two ears to Listen to Clients rather than one mouth telling the clients what to do.

History

Established in 2002.

Michelle was a loan officer for 13 year prior to becoming a Real Estate Professional in 2002 and has worked real estate full-​time ever since.

In 2007 Mike became licensed after serving in the United States Air Force and was Honorably Discharged from Luke Air Force Base.

Lisa became licensed in 2012 and works with Buyers.

Together as a Team, we put the Client First and remember how we felt when Buying and Selling Homes prior to being licensed in real estate. Our Goal is to Help and Educate our Clients to the best of Our Abilities!

Mike Kemper is a very Driven person that likes to Win. He operates off of three base core values that he learned while serving in the United States Air Force for 10 years: Integrity, Service Before Self and Excellence in ALL He Does.

These core values differentiate Mike Kemper from the vast majority of the world and He is very proud of that. It is Mike’s goal and belief that if he takes care of people, they will take care of him.

Mike Kemper has been working in the service based industry for the last 20 years of his life and he takes pride in that. He is a «people person» and likes to get things done right the first time and as quickly as possible. Mike Kemper is a follower of the belief «work smarter not harder.»

In Mike’s life, he has worked as a Butcher, Served in the USAF, Owned a Tanning Salon, Owned a Fix and Flip Real Estate Business and currently works as a Licensed Realtor Estate Specialist in Surprise, Arizona.
