I needed a notary done real quick at the last minute. They were super nice and it was done very quickly. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who needs any notary service done. They are very fast and professional.

A friend of mine used the Notary Service at We The People On Colorado and handed me a coupon I could use for next product. He was so happy with the services provided and the atmosphere at the office that was eager to refer anyone he knew to them. I thought I’d give it a try. When I went for consultation little did I know I felt so comfortable I told the full story behind my relationship. I was blown away how they took their time to listen to my story and gave me the best advice ever. You’d think they would care about getting money for their product but the advice they gave me made me think twice about filing a Divorce and we reconciled thanks to them. I went back for my Trust and they took care of it like no Attorney would. They really take the time to make sure you understand what you are signing. Not only they prepared the Trust but Notarized and witnessed as well. They are awesome. Best of Luck to them.

Only Five stars to the girls. I requested a 24 hr Incorporation filing and was very happy how professional and fast they helped me. I didn’t do any of the work, all I knew it’s ready to operate. I highly recommend the beautiful girls that talk a little too fast for an ordinary person but have the answer to your questions before you get to ask them.

This is still the same company, «We the People». Not sure why they put «The Document People» on their door. Small office with plush furniture. Not sure if this was a a legal office or a interior design office. Parking is in the back near Zankou.

I was going to let this go but I feel its my responsibility to the public to do so.
They called me after my review early in the morning while I was asleep and very aggressively badgered me about my review. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I kept telling them that I needed to go and ended up hanging up on them cause they wouldn’t let me go.
Anyhow– I called several times when I was waiting for my divorce papers and was never given any information except to go to the court myself and get proof– THATS IT.
All this information you wrote in response to my review would’ve been useful when I needed it. USELESS!

Two women as owners run this business with no enough space for their customers, no privacy and no separate desks for customers. Very rude and pushy for what they have to say, dont give customers to explain themselves. We visit them for living trust for two, they gave us 2 diff price for single or married. and signed few papers very fast because they were rush and had other customers. Our papers was ready after 10 days, we went to pick up then learned they asking for extra $ 10.00 for each signatures. (With Burbank or other offices everything is included in the price. $ 499.00 but Glendale charged us $ 599.00 as joint???). We got our papers and had a friend to notary, when returned for rest of the work they had few other reason not to help us to finish the paper work!!! reason was «If you paid us for notary we could finish helping you the paper work»?
I felt I was doing business in a communist country, (PAY EXTRA for any work, even if its included in price.
I strongly recommend Burbank office, nice atmosphere, extra space in waiting room,
no rush and such a fantastic honest friendly service!!!

I am not quite sure why this office has bad reviews when my experience there was pleasant and helpful. My ex and I are going through a divorce. We wanted to make it as simple as possible. I called the office. The lady was very helpful, spoke to my ex and I both. We were emailed the documents to start the divorce process. They are very reasonable in pricing as well. I did not have to step foot into their office. We filled out the info, emailed it back. My ex sent the money in for the down payment, and they submit everything to the courts. We will be notified once complete. I would recommend them to family and friends myself. There has been no problems and they are very helpful.

I really appreciate the friendly and the knowledgeable staff here at «We the People». We needed to get a travel passport for my wife, and randomly walked into this place because we did not really have time to do the proper research before going in. Lily had the greatest customer service skills and the knowledge to be able to do some kind of a magic for us to receive my wife’s travel passport within 2 weeks. I’ve heard horror stories from people regarding getting their travel passport; a friend of mine had to wait 2 months for his travel passport and compared to 2 weeks i think its incredible.

Awesome is the perfect word to describe We The People. Lili is amazing … she helped me out with my INC paperwork. Other places I called made it seem hard and difficult. She charged me much cheaper and explained everything in detail. Now I’m in business and everything is GREAT
If I need any legal help or documents this is where I’m going.

Friendly & attentive staff, but when I ordered a simple travel document to be notarized and I payed up front ($ 49.99 — I thought it was pricey, but I was in a rush), I was told that I just needed to show up the next day to sign and pick up my travel document. —Bam! lol A different staff person there charged me another $ 10 and didn’t offer a receipt. –My son was traveling abroad later that day, so I didn’t fuss about it, but come on… Oh, and have you read this place’s «filtered reviews?»

This office provides professional document preparation for all of it’s legal services. I would recommend them to everyone especially because they offer FREE CONSULTATIONS!
