Robert H.

Business Owner

Rob has more than 15 years experience in the residential and commercial building industry. He has worked for multiple Home Builders throughout the Phoenix market; as well as a variety of Real-​Estate Firms and Investors performing custom remodels. As the license holder for The 4R Group, Rob brings a variety of well versed experience to this company.

While working for some of the largest builders in the Arizona market, Rob has proven his ability as a true industry leader. This has allowed him over the years to excel in his positions ranging from On-​site Supervisor, Assistant Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, Construction Manager, Land Development Manager, Area Manager and Director of Construction.

Rob has been involved in multiple community builds and development projects throughout Arizona. This has allowed him to work in multiple cities; gaining an understanding of how different municipalities operate, and how each inspector interprets the codes that they are enforcing. Rob
