It was truly an all-​around great experience. Mark came out, talked to us about what we wanted to do in remodeling our bathroom, took pictures and measurements, and had a reasonable estimate out to us within a couple weeks. His crew started the job on time, and they were all great. They all seemed very competant and friendly.
Once the job was completed, we realized that as a result of our plans (not Mark’s), our walk-​in shower had a little overspray issue where our vanity was getting splashed. We called Mark who offered us a few different options and the cost of each. We decided to have a glass wall expanded a little, and then Mark told us that he was going to split the cost of that with us. How sweet is that? It truly was not Sunset’s fault that our shower was spraying a little past our glass wall, so that was an added bonus that he offered to share the cost of our «tweaking» of the wall.

Sunset was such a professional organization to deal with in every way, from initial contact, to design, to follow up and communication. Discovering them by my best find in years of dealing with contractors. This is a company that sets the standard in not only the product and service that they offer, but also how they are so incredibly focused on the customer and ultimate satisfaction.
Sunset tile and bath took whatever time necessary to discuss all possible options with my bathroom remodeling project. I had the basic template of what I wanted, but they really listened… even met me at the granite warehouse to help me select what’s best considering my budget and overall design layout. Even after installing one shower head that I hated the second I saw it, Sunset promptly offered an alternative and replaced it.
Their promptness and cleanliness were second to none, and I honestly felt that I was dreaming thru the progress of the project as I could not fault them for anything. They were so respectul of my time, budget, house even considering I had a 80 lb dog in my house while they were working.
I never once doubted Sunset’s honesty, integrity and superb craftsmanship… and they led me to conclude that they truly a role model for other contractors.
I can never thank enough the team an Sunset for making one of my biggest home improvement projects come true on time and on budget.
