Sun Works Tanning

I went to this salon for a few months, and I liked it. The prices were reasonable, and the salon was clean. I would go at night time, and I never had to wait for a bed.
I had to cancel my membership, because I moved away. I cancelled my membership at the salon on 10/​15/​2015. It is now January 24, 2016 and I just got charged AGAIN for another month. This is the 4^th time. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have contacted the salon several times and every single time, the girls at the front desk tell me the manager is not there. And that they will call him and he will call me back. He has not called me back once. I have sent him emails as well, no response.
This is getting exhausting and I just want my membership cancelled, and I want my money back. Had I known a place was so unprofessional, I would have never gone in the first place.

Nice clean facility with tanning bed options galore. The receptionist is always welcoming and keeps things super clean.

First off I must say this place is probably the best tanning salon I’ve been to! I don’t do many Unilocal reviews unless I’m impressed. My experience here was AMAZING! I’m very picky with where I go and if I’m paying I expect the best service possible. First thing I noticed was that they were extremely clean! That is a major plus for me! The staff there is very friendly! The first time I went there I met the owner, who is very accommodating and also thoroughly informed me about each bed and every other service they offer there. He also seemed to be very concerned about my well being rather than my money. They have many beds to choose from which is great. What I was impressed with the most was how well my spray tan turned out, considering how orange I looked leaving previous salons. I can just go on writing forever. Clean, sweetest staff, affordable prices, and the best quality beds!!! What more can u ask for?!! Love this place! I recommend it to everyone! Well worth 5 stars.

I’ve been coming to the Glendale location this summer and I really love the cleanliness and customer service here. The beds are updated and modern and the prices are very reasonable!

I have been coming to this location for years now and every time I enjoy my experience. The beds are super clean and sanitized. Also the staff is very friendly and very informative about any question I ever had.

It was my first time going to this tanning salon. The beds are awesome and customer service is beyond excellent. They were very attentive and took the time to explain everything in detail. Definitely going back. 5 star service!

This is by far the best place in this area. State of the art equipment, fresh bulbs, very clean and the staff I would have working for me in a second. 100% how a tanning salon should operate.
no high pressure sales, a wealth of knowledge and laughs & smiles which are genuine.

I new to the area and found sunworks online. I stopped by for my first visit to get an airbrush tan. The tan was wearing off in some areas more than others, to be expected, I went back to try to even It out and the owner was so nice. He gave me a free bottle of touch up tan for the inconvenience of having to come back and he also discounted me on a bottle of tanning lotion for my bed tans. I’ve been back no about 3 times and plan to make it my salon for tanning.

Got a membership here a few months ago to get ready for the summer I followed the managers advice on what the best practices would be since I was new and he was spot on! I recommend them to anyone that asks me where I got the tan.

This place is great! I am very particular about the businesses I choose to support and since day one this place impressed me with their friendly staff, great clean beds and affordable packages. I have now been a customer for two years and counting, the owner and staff are always very pleasant and not once in two years have I had an experience anything less than great. Highly recommend!

Their price are reasonable and they are not pushy with their packages. They have this one sit down bed that’s just as great as the matrix. The sit down bed leaves no tail bone spots! I just wish they had the bronzing VersaSpa booth vs the old orangey spray booth. Nice people too!

I love this place. Been a client for over 10 years or so. The beds are amazing, clean place staff is very helpful and friendly I always use the bed in room 6 and I love it. U get such a naturally looking tan plus you don’t burn and one tan session is equivalent to three times in a regularly bed. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to a nice tan !!!

This place was way too pricey. Paid $ 60 for one visit and did not even get the entire 10 minutes I was suppose to because the bed turned off earlier than it was suppose to. Anyways won’t be coming back!

I have been tanning here for 2 years now and I absolutely love the salon, the girls, & their beds!
Their matrix bed gets me really tan really fast & it’s super adorable & they now offer a membership plan!
The salon is always super clean and I look forward coming here every time!

Very old bulbs that clearly need to be changed. If they won’t change bulbs when due at the least allow people to tan for a lengthier amount of time. The prices are outrageous for old bulbs. These are Beverly Hills Tanning Salon prices w soda, juice, lemon water, perfumes, hair dryers, deodorant and new bulbs which Sun works does not have… Have pride and honor in your product and you will be packed with customers in a line. This is how business works. Thank you.
