I too wish that 0 stars were permitted. This place is the worst! NEVER order from them. I also could not get the items I purchased sent to me or any response to multiple e-mails. Then I foolishly thought maybe it was just a one time fluke so I gave them another try because I REALLY liked a pair of shoes they had and the same thing happened. They’ve charged my card and I can’t get the products or even a response. Infectious Threads has many of the same items and awesome communication and customer service — give them a try instead.

Purchased an item from the online store 1÷05÷13. Paypal payment cleared bank on 1⁄07. Ten days later, no item, no shipping confirmation and I checked the order in their system and it said«processing». I e-mailed them and received no response. Two days later, I filed a PayPal claim for my $$ back. Son of a gun, didn’t I get an immediate response, if rather curt, from them! And they shipped my item that day, on the 15th. Totally unprofessional, never again. I’m glad they don’t have my credit card number.

I wish 0 stars were permitted here. I feel like 1 is being too generous. I won’t even get into the fact that the business name doesn’t accurately match its website; they give you an email address claiming that it’s «the quickest way to get an update on your order!» when they don’t actually RESPOND to multiple emails you send to them when they take FOREVER to mail out the merchandise they«guarantee» will be shipped within 3 – 10 business days; or the fact that no matter what day or time you call to leave a message their mailbox is ALWAYS full. I placed my order on November 28th, and it did not ship until December 17th — THAT’S 15BUSINESSDAYS without so much as an email to let me know what the hell was going on. This was my first experience with this company, and I decided to buy from them because I liked the style of clothing they offer and sometimes the discounts were insane! Never again. Unless you want the absolute WORST customer service and communication on the planet, DONOTBUYFROMTHISPLACE. It is a waste of your time and money. Don’t just take my word for it — there were 30 complaints on the Better Business Bureau about them and most of them had to do with their delivery service and communication(or I guess I should said complete and utter LACK of communication.) See for yourself: Naturally, I found out this information after I’d already waited too long. They can’t be bothered to tell you where the hell your products are after you’ve forked over your hard earned money to them, but they will bombard you with emails about their sales every freakin day. I’m just sayin — don’t buy from here. And if you do, expect to wait a WHILE for your products.
