Sonora Auto Spa and Lube

A huge can of paint got run over on the I-​5 and splashed onto my newly purchased vehicle… Came here to Sonora and was helped immediately and efficiently. Many workers started to work on the car and remove all the splashed paint. Great service and friendly staff. Saved my car from being ruined.

My parents have been coming here for years for oil changes and car washes and now that I have a car I decided to come here, terrible choice. I arrived about 10 minutes before 1:00 and simply wanted a deluxe wash on my car, the guy who writes up the receipt tried convincing me that the car really needed a wax and further interior cleaning even though the car is less than a month old, he told me he would give me a great deal of waxing the car and the Royal Wash for $ 50. I was hesitant on that but took the «deal.»
I go in to pay and show the cashier that I had checked in on Unilocal for the discount and she tells me that they had already given me a discount so I couldn’t use it? I pay and wait outside in the patio area. A lot of time passes by and I notice a lot of cars coming and leaving yet mine still isn’t finished. I thought «Does waxing really take this long?»
I’m getting pretty annoyed at this point because I see cars entering and leaving and mine is still not finished. It’s now 2:30, I walk around the place looking for where my car was and see it parked in the detailing area. I approach the worker whose working on the car next to mine and ask if my car is finished. He replies and tells me «Yeah, it’s been finished.» At this point I am angry that they had me waiting there for who knows how long when my car has been finished. They should have notified me when my car was finished, I shouldn’t be the one having to ask.
They did an okay job on my car, I wasn’t impressed considering how much it had cost me and I noticed a lot of areas that were left ignored. I payed with tip and left and while driving noticed that they never even put a car freshener in it even though they had asked me which scent I wanted before washing my car. Will definitely not be returning here even though it is very convenient from where I live. Felt like I overpaid, was never notified my car was done, and the outcome was not that great. Spent over an hour and a half waiting because nobody even notified me that my car was finished.

You wont get low quality service on your car but if anyone ever experiences a bad service go and talk to RICHARD before leaving a bad review, he’ll do his best to keep you happy and leave a positive experience in your mind.

Got in @ 4:59 thinking they closed at 6 (summer time is 5 pm due to the early sunset) but they greeted me with smiles and the best service possible. I’ve been brining my car here for 2 years now and I’ve never had anything close to a bad experience. ⁵⁄₅ for quality, service, and pricing.

I come here often for my oil change and This is the second time Erick helps me he’s soooo helpful!!! I don’t know a lot about my car but he answers all my questions and is very nice! The cashier can be a little nicer and friendly (I get your busy) but other than that good place

Very courteous and patient to take me 20 mins before they closed, and reasonably priced too. Is it the best cleaning ever, no. However my car is cleaner and smells better than it did when I pulled up. Bring cash so you can tip or you end up paying $ 1.75 to pull 20 $ out of their ATM. The cashier was even kind enough to honor the Unilocal check in offer. I would definitely use them again. I’m happy to say this is the highest rating I’ve been able to give out since moving to Los Angeles. Lol

I’m a Burbank native and have been going here for years. Not only is their car was service fast and thorough, but I also bring my Mazdaspeed6 here for all oil changes and basic maintenance. Billy and Erik are the real deal. SUPER knowledgeable and very kind. They’ve helped me countless times with minor problems here and there, most recently a leaking radiator, which is WAY above and beyond what they’re supposed to do. Saved me tons of money over the years. Great guys and a great family-​owned business overall.

Horrible service. They didn’t vacuum my vehicle interior even though I paid for deluxe package. When I called it to their attention they said they were busy and I should return the next day for them to finish the job right! I paid for premium service. No excuses. The cashier is rude and unhelpful. The manager is full of excuses and unable to problem solve. Top dollar for subpar service. Go elsewhere.

Very unreliable. I called yesterday at 530 (they close at 6) and they said they closed early because it was slow. So I said I would be there tomorrow (today) and it would be around 530 since I work until 5. Today, I drove out of my way to come here for a wash and they’re closed! At 5:32! I won’t be trying again. I am a loyal customer willing to travel for business. They’ve lost my business before they even had it.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the manager about my experience and after talking about it he convinced me to come back. Once here, I ended up getting a discounted wax plus a free Royal wash! I will update again with pics once my car is done.
UPDATE 2: very nice job. Car is clean, waxed. Looks like it should.

I love this carwash! They are seriously the best in town! For the amount of work that they put into cleaning your car, you can’t beat their price anywhere! I feel so taken care of every time I come in. The staff is very nice, friendly, helpful and speak perfect English. If I’m ever feeling unsatisfied, they’re always ready to solve the problem and make sure that I leave happy!

Good auto shop & car wash with reasonable prices.
I had my car cleaned inside and out with interior shampoo and they did a great job. I felt like I had a brand new car.
Their oil change + car wash combo is a great deal.
The staff are friendly.
While you wait for your car you can sit outside in the shade or inside in A/​C.

Greatest and cleanest carwash EVER! I’ve been coming to Sonora for years and I absolutely love the service they provide– fabulous washes, affordable and outstanding details and great oil changes. The business is very clean and they offer free wifi, they have two TVs in the showroom which allows you to relax while waiting for your car. Lastly, staff is the best! They are all so nice and honest. They really care about their customers and always go above and beyond.
If you are new to the area or wanting to switch car washes I’d definitely recommend going to Sonora auto spa! You and your car will drive off with a sweet smile!

On Saturday I came in to get a car wash. My car was not only filthy but it also had a huge scratch on the side door. They assured me that they would get that scratch from my car removed and even gave me a good deal. Not only was the staff friendly but they
did an awesome job, my car really does look new again. I highly recommend!!! the best car place in the Glendale burbank area.

This place gets pretty busy, so come early. and you’ll even save $ 2 off your wash if you come in between 8am and 10am Monday through Thursday.
I also got my car serviced here since an oil change comes with a free car wash. I had Richard take a look and see what else it needed. He was kind enough to go through everything with me and what each change meant for my car (ie transmission fluid, spark plugs, etc) obviously I have no clue on cars.
After doing some research, it turns out their prices are pretty fair (minus the air filter changes. which I still feel like I could have done myself lol)
Here was the breakdown :
High mileage oil change: $ 49.99
Air filter $ 19.99
Cabin air filter $ 25.19 (with a $ 5 discount)
Spark plugs $ 120 (radium?)
In total I spent $ 226.49.
Not bad, I guess? Lol
I’ll do more research next time and find groupon deals. If anyone knows of private Honda mechanics let me know! Mine moved away!

«The messier the car, the prettier the girl» right? No, I just say that to make myself feel better. Anyway, thanks to this car wash they made a huge difference! Somehow my car always manages to get messy on the inside and dirty on the outside within 2 – 3 weeks. I don’t remember exactly how long I was there waiting for my car but it must have been less than half an hour which is way less than any other car wash I’ve been to. The tall white guy at the cashier was really friendly, but the other tanned brunette lady not so much. The only reason I won’t give 5 stats is because they missed a spot but I guess I can’t expect miracles. I’ll probably be back.

I want to update my review… the owner right away reached out to me and wanted to correct the bad experience.
Came in he right away got my car in… washed and removed all stains on my back seats. With a 4yo it’s difficult to keep my car immaculate.
All sand was removed from the seats and floor. Overall this experience changed my view on Sonora Auto Spa.
I live close by so I’ll definitely come back again.
We all have our off days I’m just glad someone took accountability and corrected this situation.

This place sucks! Why? I took my car to get it washed today and they were supposed to spray lemon air freshener in the car, nothing was done, I had a small stain on the car that I asked to be cleaned, and I have cleaned it myself in the past, they wanted to charge me $ 80 to do it! This was my first and last time going there! The cleaning crew’s manager is very rude! Seeing me that I’m upset and saying that this will be my last time coming there, he just says ok, like no big deal. That’s how you lose customers, for not having customer service!
Classic Car Wash is where I’m going back to. Never ever have I experienced this there.

Been coming here for years. Probably the best car wash around. Family run business and owner is here everyday he runs tight show. Hand wash is what I always get ($ 30) its bit pricey but worth it. Royal wash is my second option (18.99) another great thing is if you check in on Unilocal 2 bucks off!
If you choose to sit inside they have comfortable seating with free WiFi. Outside has nice seating by the gazebo under a tree. Overall I really enjoy bringing my car in for wash.
