I was introduced to Raffi at Burbank Collision center through my insurance agent.
I had an accident which caused an extensive damage to the right front of my car.
Raffi did a wonderful job fixing the car and my baby was as good as new.

I took my X5 in to get the bumper worked on. Someone had hit my car when I was in a parking lot and took off. No note or phone number. Nice right?
So I researched a bunch of body shops when I found Raffi and Burbank Collision Center on Unilocal.The reviews were all very high and now I know why. Raffi is personable and friendly. He quoted me a price and time that it would take to get the job done. The job was finished on time and the price was exactly what he quoted me — no hidden fees or anything.
The work was impeccable. My bumper looks brand new, like it never happened! Great job Raffi! It’s no wonder why he’s been in business so long with such positive reviews. This is exactly how a business should be run. Kudos!

Excellent repair and service. My new 2015 Honda CR-​V received rear-​end damage. Caliber is a direct-​referral shop for my insurance company so I decided to use them. The excellent service started when I called them to make an appointment for the estimate. The lady who answered the phone already had the information from my insurance company, explained the entire procedure and set-​up an appointment for the next day. The estimate was handled by service advisor Tom Abbott who said the repairs would take about two days but no more than three days. He said the insurance company should approve the estimate the next day and Caliber would call me to schedule the work. I got a call the next day and scheduled the work. The morning I delivered the car to Caliber the gentleman who checked me in did a walk-​around of the car and discovered a scratch on the front fender that I didn’t even realize was there. He said they’d be able fix that for no additional charge. Two days later I got the call that the car was ready. When I picked-​up the car, Tom showed me the repairs that were made. The car looked brand new. Paint match was exact, the fender scratch was gone and they had washed the car. Tom told me that the repairs came with a lifetime guarantee. Hopefully I won’t need any more body work but if I do, I’ll return to Caliber.

About a month ago I was rear ended and the back bumper took a hit. It wasn’t as bad as it could have been but it was still an eyesore for me. Then there was some damage done to the side panel of my car towards the bottom as well as some other minor things.
PHONE CONTACT: I was referred to Raffi by a friend of mine, once referred I immediately went to BBC’s Unilocal and saw all of the amazing reviews that were posted. I called Raffi and he told me to bring my car by so that he could give me a free estimate on what the cost would be (I didn’t want to pay insurance deductible) phone contact was smooth, Raffi always answers the phone and you don’t ever have to wait over 30 minutes for a call back from him if he is busy. FACILITY: The day that I dropped my car off Raffi explained to me the whole process of what was going to happen with my car and how he would fix it. He also told me the exact cost of what the repairs would be and provided me with a print out copy with all of this information on it so that there wouldn’t be any surprises when I went to pick it up. There was some damage to one of my side mirrors and Raffi could have charged me full price to replace the side view mirror but instead he was honest with me and told me that he could put it back together without having to order a whole new side mirror, the only thing that needed to be replaced was the turn signal light. I thought that was very commendable of him to be honest with me. Not very many businesses do that these days! He also told me an exact day and time of when I could expect car to be finished. You can tell that quality control is Raffi’s first priority. At this point I knew that my car was in good hands. #FACILITY: 5 STARS
DAY OF PICKUP:
Raffi called me on the day that he said it would be done to tell me that my car is ready (today.) Once I arrived he was very prompt with getting me all checked out and bringing my car to me. He showed me everything that he fixed, my car looks brand new again. The quality of work Raffi provides is unmatched. DAY OF PICKUP: 5 STARS
OVERALL: If I ever need any more work done on my car I will be sure to always bring my whip (s) to Raffi! Quality over quantity, he takes his time with your car to make sure it’s repaired the right way with no flaws. No rush jobs here. Don’t hesitate or question if you should bring your car here or not because you absolutely should. Raffi treated me VIP style from drop off to pickup. He even ordered me an Über home from dropping my car off and he had an Über pick me up to bring me to the shop today. Thank you so much Raffi, you are daaaaa shit!

I’d been contemplating slapping on a pair of front and rear bumper valence add-​on pieces that were sitting in my garage for about a year.
Since I had a couple of weeks off work, I thought now was the best time to cross this off my «to do list».
So I decided to take my car to BCC based on all the positive reviews on Unilocal.I spoke with the owner Raffi, and asked him to fit the parts on and paint them to match the car. He explained to me that since my car is about 7 years old the original white paint will have naturally yellowed so it would be a little challenging to get it to look perfect. I trusted his judgement and left the vehicle to his discretion.
I have to admit it took longer to finish the work than promised but I didn’t mind because I wanted it to look perfect. It turned out that the pieces needed to be mildly customized to fit perfectly so there was a lot of cutting, grinding, dry fitting and so on to get it right.
Finally when it was done it was definitely worth the long wait. The parts fit true and tight, and the paint color matched well.
I’d definitely recommend this shop if your vehicle needs some TLC.

Had an amazing experience at BCC. My car was repaired and returned within 24 hours. The staff is extremely knowledgable, honest and pleasant to work with.

Impeccable work and VERY reasonable pricing. I needed to get my rear bumper refinished and a taillight replaced on my 2012 Acura TSX — they did a perfect job and I had my car back in 2 days. Enterprise rent-​a-​car was just up the street and it made for a very smooth experience. Don’t be fooled by the simple exterior, this is a very professional shop. I highly recommend.

I went because someone crashed into my SUV driver’s side mirror. They were very nice and looked at it right away and told me I could get it done for cheaper at a different place! Who does that! An honest business, that’s who! If I ever need some major work, they will get my business!!!

Amazing service. Granted, I didn’t really get any work done… but let me explain.
I gave ‘em a call to ask if I could come in for an estimate. Without going into too much detail– the entire front end of my car is F-​d up & I have no collision coverage.
Awesome, right?
So essentially, I wanted to see if they could do any minor band-​aid fixes so I could drive it for the next month or so until I get another car. I wasn’t able to make it in until about 10min before closing time. I was greeted with a big smile, all the guys were polite & respectful. After explaining the situation, I was told that I was pretty much SOL as it would cost a few grand to fix the structural damage.
However, both the gentleman I spoke with in the office & another technician came out, took a look, got their hands dirty, and got under my car to at the very least secure the front end so it wouldn’t scrape or fall. It wasn’t anything major, some zip-​ties & screws tightened. I wasn’t charged for this but was SO grateful just for their time & consideration. (Tip your techs ;P)
When I do get a new car, these guys are first on my list! (Hopefully no future accidents, but for any improvements I’d like to make!) They deserve all the success in the world…

Best body shop I’ve been to in California. Went to a few other highly-​rated competitors in the area first, all of whom quoted me over three times the price of this place. When I stopped by for a quote, Raffi also snapped my bumper back on for free after other companies told me that was impossible and I’d have to order a new one. He had a bumper repaint job done in two days, and the end price was the exact amount he quoted me. Highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you live in the area or not!

I got rear ended on the freeway and took my Lexus to Burbank Collision to get fixed. They did an amazing job! I can’t say enough good things. My car was ready in 4 days (the damage wasn’t too big) and it looks like it did the day we took it out of the dealers. Highly recommend this place! Btw I have a very picky husband who was satisfied, so that should say something.

If I could give it a million stars, I would.
Our Lexus SUV (used, old, worry not… we ain’t rich :-) needed a new seat.
Lexus dealer quoted us around $ 5500
Burbank Collision Center suggested we look into buying a Lexus Seat from a junkyard. And the Collision Center would then install it.
So instead of spending $ 5500, we spent UNDER $ 500!!!
And they even stayed late to take care of it.

A semi hit the car and this shop did all the repairs and it looks AMAZING! Everything matches (especially nice since our model had been discontinued) and they even made a recommendation on fixing some small things that had bothered us for ages that no other repair shop has ever mentioned. Overall an amazing shop and we love them!

Obviously, they offered me the best estimate, or I wouldn’t have taken my car here. They did a great job, and customer service was both friendly and efficient.

Love this place! They fixed the sliding door on my van and then went above and beyond by fixing some cosmetic issues that I had not even mentioned. They did not charge me for these! And the sliding door was fixed very inexpensively!!!
