Sloth is such an awesome brand with such a creative and genuine man behind it all. All his designs are unique and very well thought out and are turned into the sickest clothing items! Props to him for being able to run this business smoothly and all out of his home. His social media is really cool too, people love posting pictures of their new sloth gear and he always makes a point to comment and like his buyers posts. Keep up the great work Sloth!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I bought a sweatshirt for my fiancé in November. I recieved it and I was beyond disappointed. After shipping it was about $ 53.00. I was expecting a normal quality sweatshirt. When I opened it I found it to be paper thin and the graphic design was damaged. I emailed IAMSloth and never got a response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was around the holidays. I STILL have not heard from Sloth and it’s now March 10th. My fiancé contacted them on instagram trying to see if someone would respond and 3 months later they responded with, they are back ordered and won’t be able to ship for another week and that they have had a change in workforce. Unacceptable! 4 months to replace a sweatshirt… And now we are dealing with 80 degree temperatures. This problem has still not been resolved and I am a very unhappy camper. I strongly advise you to think twice before ordering from this company no matter how cool his designs are.

iamsloth is great at graphic design, bad at business. I give him credit for the great art he makes but unless you are prepared to deal with long shipment waits, frustration from ignored emails and bad customer service. I would do business elsewhere. iamsloth has potential to be something big, but if he doesn’t change his business model and put customers first, it will fail.

Sloth Design created a logo for my company and did an outstanding job. He was able to take a concceptual idea and create a logo that communicated my core business. He was smart, creative, and easy to work with. In fact, all my future design work will be done by Sloth Design!
