Razo Towing Service

I had called this company early in the morning 07÷14÷14, to get a tow truck out to my business, to remove a containment. First off, I could not understand anything the truck drivers were saying, Second the truck driver agreed on taking the job, Stated he will be here with in an hour to my business. I waited over an hour had to call him myself, And tells me he decided NOT to take the job. My question is, why give me an ETA and say yes to the job and not come through? and why didn’t I receive a courtesy call, So that way I could find another Tow truck company instead of wasting half my morning as well as my afternoon. I gave measurements of container and the tow truck driver instance I never did, But here’s the greatest news of all I even sent there driver a picture of the container! I even offer to pay the guy more money to do the job, The driver shows up 3 hours later, looks at the container and says no and leaves. All I wanted to say was thank you very much for your poor, very poor customer service, AND for wasting my time!, I’ll NEVER refer your company. I didn’t even want to rate your company, Honestly it doesn’t deserve the one star I gave it.
