We had an issue with our bank who gave us our loan mod, then said it wasn’t approved when they had already sent us paperwork and payment coupons for the new monthly amount. Me and my husband were so lucky to have met Atty Anton Abramyan and his Assistant Stacy Datt. He was referred to us by another Law Office who was handling our loan modification, who can’t do anything and lack costumer service as well. The only thing they did good was referring us to Atty Anton Abramyan. Our home had auction date already, he was able to stop the auction date while he was working on it, we needed to file litigation against our lender Bank of America because what Bank of America did in the past was to ask gazillions of documents and declined our application for loan modifications several times. After 8 months (not so sure) of diligent work by Atty Anton Abramyan and his Assistant Stacy Datt we were given a trial loan modifications and became permanent after 3 months. He was honest from the start and flexible on the fee. All you need to do is trust him 100% because he knows what he is doing and furnish them documents and paper works he needs. He empathizes with the clients. He knows and feels the difficulties and struggles his clients are experiencing with, thereby can relate to them genuinely. I greatly recommend him to those who want to save their home thru loan modification, he is the man.
