About David:

David Rodriguez started his career in business right before he graduated college, having an internship at Skyline Home Loans his Junior year and continuing with the firm after receiving his bachelor’s degree. As a young teenager he was selected to attend Marine Military Academy in Harlingen, TX. At the time, MMA was the only (United States) Marine Corps based College preparatory School in the Nation. There he learned how to live by the values of a Marine; Honor, Courage and Commitment. After attending the academy for four years he was awarded the position of Battalion Commander, equivalent to the Student Body President. Upon graduation he attended Woodbury University in Burbank CA, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a minor in Communication.

Some hobbies that David has are outdoor activities such as hiking, running and beach events. He also enjoys spending time with his siblings and visiting different cities.

Skyline was founded in 1985 with Corporate headquarters in Calabasas CA. We are a full service direct lender with the ability to also broker loans. Currently Skyline has approximately 25 offices and 400 employees ready to serve. With over 20 states where we operate in.

Our current CEO is Bill Dallas a 30 year plus mortgage industry professional, found of First Franklin, Ownit Mortgage Solutions and a principal in Dallas Capital.
