Had an amazing experience here. Heidi was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful with all of our questions. Her explanations of all the different products were so clear and detailed that even I (a total newbie to all of this stuff) understand so much more now. Even as her lunch got cold on the table — I never felt like she was rushing us out the door. Love how everything actually works (faucets, steam showers, etc) so that you can actually USE them. Solid five stars.

Chefs John and Jiro at Pirch in Glendale are amazing! They are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful and their cooking classes are the best! I wish they would write a cookbook with all the delicious recipes they create and teach us how to make. Being able to cook on the fantastic stoves and ovens at Pirch is truly an experience. I’ve already purchased items for my mom’s kitchen remodel there as well as a new refrigerator and oven for myself based on my wonderful experiences at Pirch. The prices are competitive and the entire staff is superb!

Great product range, competitive pricing and incredible service. Mike Bodine went out of his way at 9pm to drive from Glendale to West Hollywood to rectify a FedEx delivery mistake to ensure the items arrived in time for our installers. Mike and the Pirch operation is very impressive. Recommended them unreservedly.

Leon Simonyan helped us today with our long awaited purchase for our kitchen + 5 bathroom fixtures & appliances. He patiently waited for us for over 5 months as our remodel permits were being delayed by the city. We never felt pressured as he continued giving us great advice on what fixtures to fit our dream remodel of our entire house. Pirch you did a great job having phenomenal employees such as Leon, he is one of a kind! Thank You Leon & Pirch for wonderful service given to us today & for many months to come I’m sure!!!

I felt compelled to write a review this evening about the, I mean, outstanding service I received at perch from their representative Melody. Melody’s kindness and attentiveness to details was really above and beyond any stores customer service I’ve experienced in years.
I ordered some lighting to be delivered Thanksgiving and we both realized there was a huge possibility they would not arrive on time I explained to Melody how important it was to me that I had them for the holiday, she not only pushed store management to get me my lights,
She also personally delivered them to my home, incredible, sending kudos to the management of the store for having such an amazing employee!

Update: If I could give Pirch and Lou 6 Stars I would! I ended up not having enough vent space for my Wolf hood (my bad, I didn’t think of that as I was replacing a previous Wolf hood), but Lou was such a huge help getting it taken care of and helping me order a new, slightly smaller version!

I purchased a set of Wolf appliances from Pirch today. This show room is amazing and has a great selection of appliances. Also I was very impressed with their knowledge and the chef who gave a cooking demonstration (made me dinner) and gave an honest opinion on the differences between the Wolf and Miele steam ovens.

Very nice display. Access to top of the line products. Recently renovated our bathroom with steam shower, jet tub, and vanity including new mirrored cabinets. They were extremely helpful from start to finish. Never pushy and the free coffee bar at the entrance is never a negative. Ask for mike bodine for all of your fixture inquiries. He’s the man! He will give you discounts over manufactor’s pricing up to 40%!!! Ask for Ellen To for all of your tile needs. Even when we had to re-​order extra tile in a pinched timeline, she even went to the company to help extradite the order. Above and beyond service. Overall great customer service, great store display, great products that work. All modern concepts. Items I’ve only seen in high end hotels such as TV in the mirrors. After years of shopping with Snyder Diamond (Pasadena), I decided to come here to shop around because I wasn’t happy with the recent service. I’ve been here a few times already and each time it was kind of hard to figure out which sales person was available and didn’t find many of the approachable. I do like the entry where they have a bar area where you can get a drink and the place looks nicer than the other stores I’ve visited.
I dropped by with my boyfriend to shop for some bathroom items for my parents’ house. We finally asked for help and they directed us to Dan. I pretty much knew what I was ordering and was ready to place my order and go. Unfortunately, when I bring my boyfriend, he definitely likes to shop around and ask about things even though he’s not buying anything. Dan knew that from the beginning but still answered all my bf’s questions and took the time to take him around especially to the shower section.
Delivery time came and there was some issue at the warehouse so the regular delivery guys couldn’t deliver my ordered items. My sales associate still got it to me on the day promised. He went out of his way to get the items I ordered. Overall service was great. I’m definitely coming back here again if I remodel my place.

A year ago, my wife and I began a year long process of moving out to CA from NYC. As new residents on this side of the coast, we had a difficult time finding a store to assist us in our renovation. We consider ourself lucky to have found Pirch while walking towards the Americana one day. We cannot imagine working with any other store for our future projects. The store have the best showroom I’ve been to (incl. NYC). Our sales rep is Lou Aiello and he is by far the best sales rep that we ever met. He is friendly, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Many times Lou went «above and beyond» in helping us finding the best price and best product. We also want to mention Leon Simonyan as he also assisted us in those rare times when Lou was unavailable. Leon is also an unbelievable sales rep in his own right. There’s a reason why this store has so many positive 5 star ratings.

Yup! Bahman pulls through again for my home renovation!
The backstory: I initially purchased sinks from Lowes, but they were a special order item. One of the sinks was defective so I tried to see if I can get a replacement from Lowes, but that was not going to happen because they don’t carry the inventory and it was something I needed the next day so shipping and delivery for another week was not going to cut it.
This is where Bahman comes in. In making a frantic call to Bahman at Pirch, I told him my urgent situation and dilemma. He tried to find sinks that fit my design and measurements AND budget. It turns out he had 2 sinks in stock in the warehouse that I can pick up first thing in the morning the following day. He processed my order immediately and gave me a good price. He didn’t gouge me due to my desperation. He coordinated with the project manager and warehouse. Everything went smoothly and my scheduled installation with my contractor was right on time!

As an interior designer, I appreciate the high level of professionalism and customer service my clients and I receive from Pirch. My go-​to rep MIKE BODINE has been tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. When the occasional glitch occurs on an order, Mike personally follows up and makes it right. Pirch has a very high quality product selection and I’ve found their pricing to be better than any other local or online source.
The store itself is a top shelf experience. Beautiful space, private conference rooms, delicious and unique house-​prepared delights served during client meetings, and all the plumbing fixtures are hooked up to water so you can test them. Great concept. Highly recommend!

As always, Perch has the most amazing service and showroom of any furniture/​home décor I’ve ever been to. This Perch is a lot smaller than the one in La Jolla, but it still has a very good selection of items. First thing you get when you walk in are greeters who offer you a beverage of your choice. Want a macchiato? An Americano? or a lemonade? They’ve got it all. for FREE. The associates are also very friendly. Although this place is on the higher end, their staff do no discriminate. My father likes to dress VERY casual and I was in gym shorts on the day we went in and we were basically approached by everyone who wanted to help us. At most establishments that are this fancy, we usually never even get looked at (in our attire).

The worse service, unknowledgeable and completely unresponsive staff. Heidi, I have still never spoken to you and you were supposed to be my sales person. I was pawned off throughout the process. I know your hold song by heart.
We were sold eight faucets and told they were rated for commercial purposes. They are not. We were told they were water saving and to code. They are not even close. They were rejected by the city and we failed our inspection. We were clear on their use. We have spent thousands taking them out and delayed our opening. They are residential faucets. No one has been available throughout this entire process. My order was in excess of $ 10,000 so you would think I would get some service from someone with a fancy title like lifestyle coordinator etc.
I have your boxful of faucets here any time you want to pick them up and issue me the credit that is due me. Ridiculously poor service trended to non existent.

Great service, great showroom and great coffee.
We went in looking for advice for faucets and showers, the last time we bought fixtures we did so at Synder Diamond and swore that we would never go back so we were trying to buy fixtures online and quickly got overwhelmed with a thousand questions.
We went in just to see the showroom and fell in love with the place. In less than two hours we had everything we needed at a decent price and I they were very sweet with my two year old daughter. I finally feel like we found the right place to buy fixtures and appliances. I’m redoing my home so I know I will be back provided they keep up the good work. Thanks Andrew Amirian

There are two very important people to know at Pirch, that’s aside from all the beautiful product, professional staff and unparalleled service they offer. Elizabeth and Dave! Elizabeth has continuously been the most competitive bidder for all of our projects. The experience she provides our clients has become a value add for us as a General Contractor. The support that we get from Pirch is a breath of fresh air to work with; from product suggestions to specs to the warranty and industry knowledge. Dave on the other hand is a super barista!

After the exemplary customer service Mike gave us for our kitchen/​bathroom demo last year, we had a follow up order for a secondary shower with which we experienced unexpected plumbing issues. You’d think with a smaller order, the customer service would be commensurate to $s spent, as is usually the case with other companies but not with Pirch. Mike, again, saved the day by insuring that each part would be available to us at the needed time.
Mike Bodine is a wizard, I firmly believe that.
Also, I love Pirch (the selection, the prices, the service) so if you’re shopping elsewhere for your home appliances and décor needs, you are sorely missing out!

This place is like a candy store for homeowners. It has everything you need for a home and it’s beautiful. There’s a great layout so you never really feel overwhelmed. And their staff is very knowledgeable.
They have free coffee in the front to make sure you bring your A game when your shopping.
They also have free cooking classes!

Visited this wonderful showroom yesterday and loved everything and the staff too. My contractor sent me and I was not disappointed. They have all the latest smart home appliances you could want for your home remodeling project.

I had the pleasure of working with Leon throughout our new construction and he has been a tremendous help. Excellent customer service and product knowledge! I felt no pressure from him in the months we worked together putting the finishing touches to our new house. He knew his virtual inventory so well that he would just bring up options for us within seconds, saved us a lot of time and stress!
This place might look extremely expensive and high end but they are willing to work with you on prices and end up costing you the same as your basic stores with limited showroom sample options and very basic customer service.
