Lounge22 is a modern American furniture brand created and led by Armen Sevada Gharabegian, a master of industrial and environmental design. Lounge22 furniture is designed and made in the Los Angeles area. The retail store is located in Glendale, and services the surrounding areas of Los Angeles, Burbank, Pasadena, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Hollywood. With meticulously high standards in production, and passion for innovation and a playfulness, Lounge22 elevates the energy in any room and attracts the mind as much as the eye. We take design seriously, not ourselves!

History

Established in 2004.

Lounge22 was founded in 2004 by Armen Sevada Gharabegian. Lounge22 started designing and manufacturing innovative, high quality furniture in Los Angeles for the event and exhibition industries. Lounge22 continues to uphold its quality and its mission to design and produce American furniture in Los Angeles for the Lounge22 retail store that opened in Glendale in 2010. In 2013 Lounge22 also launched an online store.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Armen Sevada Gharabegian graduated from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena CA with a Bachelor’s and Master of Science Degrees in Industrial Design. He continued teaching furniture design and exhibit design at Art Center for several years after graduation.

In 2001, Gharabegian founded Ethos Design. Ethos Design provides both design and fabrication solutions for exhibits as well as design coordination for events across the United States, and abroad. In 2004, Armen Sevada Gharabegian founded Lounge22 in Glendale, CA as a solution for the demand of high end furnishings in the exhibit and event industries. Gharabegian began focusing on shifting Lounge22 product into furniture stores for the American public in 2010. Today, Gharabegian continues to design exhibits and environments for Ethos Design, as well as designing furniture for the Lounge22 store
