Lynk Law, Inc. specializes in two areas of law: estate planning & business /​corporate law.

For our estate planning clients, we help clients avoid probate and minimize estate taxes by establishing wills, trusts (revocable living trusts, family trusts, irrevocable trusts), guardian nominations, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, deeds and various other documents. We also help clients with post death administration, including trust administration, probate and spousal petitions.

For our business law clients, we help counsel them on forming the right business entity, including partnerships, corporations, and Limited Liability Companies; drafting and negotiating contracts; and counseling re: liability and risk protection. We also assist companies in financing, fundraising, investment and corporate governance needs. Our office can additionally advise clients to negotiate and sell their business, or help a family member or next generation take over a family business through proper succession planning and buy-​sell agreements.

As co-​founders of Lynk Law, Inc., Sona A. Tatiyants and Alex Bruno had a simple vision: they wanted to start a law firm that they, personally, would want to work with and could confidently recommend to their friends and family. By connecting individuals and professionals with clients who share similar values, Sona and Alex have created something they are incredibly proud of.

At Lynk Law, Inc. we are dedicated to building lasting relationships with your family and business by developing plans that protect what is most important to you.

Prior to starting Lynk Law, Inc., Sona was the owner of a successful solo law practice, Tatiyants Law, P.C. Sona is uniquely positioned to understand the needs of her clients, as she herself is a parent, a wife, and business owner.

When I first worked with Sona she was in a solo practice. Last year I had the pleasure of working with her new firm, Lynk Law. I persuaded my parents to start their estate planning so I decided that Lynk Law would be the perfect place to take them. They needed someone that spoke Spanish so it worked out perfectly because Sona’s partner, Alex Bruno speaks Spanish. Just like with Sona, Alex was a pleasure to work with. I attended all the conference calls and meetings so I saw first hand how well he walked my parents through everything and answered all their questions. We were also able to meet on the weekend, which was a huge plus! I highly recommend you give them a try for your legal needs.

Sona Tatiyants and her entire team are the best. Setting up your estate planning, talking about your will and how you want your family taken care of in the event of your death is a scary thing, but Sona and Lilith handled it with such respect and care. I would recommend them 1000 times over.

We were tempted to do our estate plan the DIY way, but we’re happy we went with them, as they were able to provide guidance and answer questions along the way. Well, well, theses stars are highly deserved. I am not Unilocal bound for important decisions in my life but after researching and speaking to friends about finding a competent and pleasant way to establish an estate/​will provider, nothing seemed more interesting than it should have been many moons ago … one of the reasons we soooo procrastinated!
Last attempt I visited yes, Unilocal… I read nice things about Lynk Law /​Sona and I finally felt like it could be it.
The first meeting being with no engagement/​fee; not much to loose so with my husband we made time for it, hoping secretly for a miracle forcing us into responsibility!
Thanks to Lynk Law, the whole experience was more than our wishes; everything from staff, guidance, efficiency and Sona.
We feel so relieved of having met someone so competent in doing something we just didn’t want to tackle because of the dread of annoying stuff… now we are so happy and I know our children will feel blessed to know Sona when it matters!

Sure, you could download documents from LegalZoom or another online site, but I believe you get what you pay for. Sona prepared our family’s will and trust documents and the process could not have gone any smoother. She asked insightful questions to guide the process and to make sure we thought through all of the relevant items. I would highly recommend Sona and her team. She is very thorough, sensitive and tactful during what could be an emotional and delicate process. She was able to guide my wife and I through the thought process and give us the information we needed to make competent estate choices. She was very clear about laying out the pros and cons of certain decisions we were contemplating, without making us feel like she was telling us what to decide.
Making these kinds of plans is an ongoing process. As your life situation changes, children grow, retirement, etc., your estate plans need to change. So, finding the right lawyer to plan your estate becomes a bit of a lasting relationship. Sona is the kind of person you would want to be in that relationship with. In the several hours that we spent with her discussing all the details of our lives we found her to be caring and attentive, and tuned in to what our values are as a couple and a family. What can I say? I am ultra-​impressed by Tatiyants Law. I met with Sona to put together an estate plan for myself to protect my son in case of my passing. As she walked through the process to establish an estate, she identified areas that we needed to focus on and areas that I will likely want to update every few years. As part of my estate, we had to process property in another state, and Mrs. Tatiyants made this really easy… reaching out to an appropriate lawyer in the other state and coordinating that process.
While some people may think that estate planning is something that you worry about later in life, as someone who’s still pretty young, working with Tatiyants Law really easy. I found Mrs. Tatiyants extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to establish an estate.
