I have been seeing Linda in Dr. Lantry’s office and she has done an amazing job with my skin. She is professional and competent and a delightful person as well. Dr. Lantry, Michelle the office manager, and Linda are all knowledgable and friendly. I am pleased with my results and highly recommend them.

Great esthetic to her work. Young but not done look. Highly recommend. Both injectables and Botox.

It’s now been 5 months since getting bad Botox from Dr. Lantry. My face still has not yet fully returned to normal. My right eye is almost completely healed, but not my left eye. I still have an unsightly bulge under my left eye, which never goes away. This doctor is gynecologist, she has a laser center which she runs out of her obgyn practice, she should not be performing cosmetic procedures. In 10 minutes she managed aged me 5+ years, in addition to robbing me of months of my life.
Let me start by saying that I have been seeing Dr. Lantry for years for botox. She has always done a pretty good job in the past, and up until 7 weeks ago I trusted her without question…
On July 8^th I booked in for «a little botox around my crow’s feet», I had a date that weekend and thought I’d freshen up. Keep in my mind my face looked good at the time I really didn’t need much. I’m extremely healthy and take very good care of my skin.
When Dr. Lantry came in to perform the injections I told her to do «as little as possible, just the crow’s feet». Because I’d been seeing her for years i trusted her. HUGE LIFE ALTERING MISTAKE. Dr Lantry took it upon herself to inject me in a place she never had before — why she did this is still mystery, she wouldn’t clearly respond when asked.
What she did was inject me under my eyes in the lower eyelid area — without so much as mention… She did it without being asked to do so, or without asking me if that is what I wanted. If you know anything about botox, you know that injecting under the eyes isn’t widely accepted as a good idea. What can and *did happen to me* is an incredibly ugly, painful result. What happens when you freeze the muscles under the eye are 2 things; First the muscles that pump blood and fluid out of the area stop working so you end up with blood and fluid accumulation under the eyes (in other words huge bluish bags). The second is that the weakened, lax muscles surrounding the eye sag, which creates more wrinkles, (wrinkles I never had before), crepiness, and a strange saggy hollow look around the eye socket.
NIGHTMARE.
What I also experienced was the inability to squint AT ALL, which led to massive light sensitivity and headaches. The fluid retention around my eyes has been so bad that I have had to put my life on hold. I looked and felt so horrible for the first 5 weeks that I basically went into hiding. I hardly left the house for the first 4 weeks when it was at it’s worst. I had to take a leave from work and other obligations. I’ve been getting lymphatic drainage accupuncture which has helped with swelling ($ 120 a week) and have spent every evening soaking in a hot bath with warm compresses on my eyes to help with circulation in the area, since the muscles are still frozen. My summer has been completely ruined.
Dr Lantry’s first response to my panic was patronizing and breezy. «Sorry this is so difficult for you, it’s not permanent» (as if being disfigured for months is no big deal). Now that over a month has past with little improvement she and her staff have been trying to work with me. That said, I have been offered no compensation other than being refunded the $ 200 for the botched injections. Dr. Lantry never gave me much explanation as to why she elected to do this, nor has she accepted responsibility for the far reaching consequences this has caused.
I have been unexpectedly put out of commission for over a month.
It’s been 7 weeks and my eyes still look strange. I have taken to wearing long bangs to help hide the puffiness, in addition to the uncomfortable heavy eye fatigue…
Total botox horror story!
I will never again let anyone other than a board certified facial plastic surgeon touch my face. I have spoken to several about this disaster, none of whom agree with injecting so close to tear duct area.
This has not been a case of unusual «side effects» this was simply too much botox injected into to the wrong area. I now have to live with her poor judgment, incompetence, and or carelessness on my face indefinitely — hopefully only another 2 – 8 weeks.
Hands down the worst thing I’ve ever experienced.
*Update* It’s been almost 5 weeks since I first wrote this review. My face is still nowhere near back to normal. I still have to wear long bangs to hide the bags under my eyes.
²¹⁄₂ months later — I’m STILL dealing with this nightmare. I feel like my eyes are never going to look normal and healthy again…

I got laser hair removal done here over 2 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re going to get any treatments that require lasers or chemicals on or inside your body, I suggest going to an actual medical professional, not someone who took a weekend class. I felt comfortable knowing the staff are trained doctors. Michelle is the greatest!

One very odd procedure at this office is that if you want written results of any lab or radiology procedure you must go into the office to pick up and pay $ 1 per page. They will not mail the information. I have never been to any medical office that would not provide a written report by mail. That was discouraging and unusual.

Lovely, professional, friendly staff. Experienced practitioners who are also very friendly and professional. Conveniently located. Love it!

Dr. Lantry’s is the best. She and her staff totally helped me clear up my existing acne and fade years of scarring. I never thought my skin would be back to looking this pure.
Now I am back to the skin I used to have. I wear ZERO makeup and constantly receive compliments on my skin’s vibrancy. I could not be more happy. I wish I could say it’s «my little secret», but honestly every time someone confides in me about their skin and wants to know what I do, I tell them about going to Dr. Lantry’s office.

Friendly, private vibe.

The doctor and her staff are great they always make you feel comfortable and welcome. I got treatment for my severe acne, my face looks much better! They answer all the questions and never pressure for other treatments. :)

Dr Lantry and team are great. I trust them to help me look younger and rested but not tight, fake, or like I have had work done. Dr Lantry and staff have a great eye for what would give you the best bang for your buck. Everything is explained and all your questions are answered.

+ This is a pleasant group of people; the office has an upbeat, happy vibe.
+ Prices are very reasonable.
+ They gave me «before» and «after» snapshots of my face. The «before» photo was particularly helpful to track the full results of the Thermage treatment, because the improvements occur slowly over six months.

I have been going to Dr. Lantry Laser Center for approx 2 years. She is FANTASTIC and so is her staff. They will consult you on any skin concerns you have and they never try to «push» unnecessary treatments or products on to you.
I had thermage on my eyes and LOVE it. The cost and results were exactly what I wanted. I have also done juviderm which Dr. Lantry suggested I do in a different area on my face than I thought I needed. I am so happy I listened to her. I looked so much better right after the injection and the price was also reasonable.
I go in for botox every few months and they work with you financially as to what you can do that will fit your budget. Michelle and Dana are also great. I have been doing botox for 17 years so I know what I am talking about when it comes to having it done. A little goes a long way and Dr. Lantry’s office will help you achieve your goals at a reasonable price.
I have recommended her to all my friends and will continue to do so.

I have been going to Lantry Laser & Skin Care Center for about a year now and have nothing but great things to say about Dana, the nurse I have been seeing because she is AMAZING!!! They are always helpful when scheduling the appointment and friendly too!
